Dolce & Gabbana Newbies
New bags by Dolce & Gabbana are always something to look forward to and e-luxury.com is featuring the latest D&G bags. Each bag varies and has its own individual uniqueness. There is no similar theme amongst the newest handbags by D&G. I am featuring two of the flashiest and stylish of the new D&G bags.

The first bag is the Dolce & Gabbana Miss Catch Patchwork Snakeskin Satchel, retailing at $4,350.00. This bag features genuine red snakeskin in patchwork construction and zigzag topstitching and polished metal hardware. There is a flapped pocket on the front with logo-engraved push-lock closure. This bag combines the hobo shape of the bag with the chic and luxurious look of snakeskin. It encompasses funkiness and sophistication and is the perfect bag for work, shopping, or a night out on the town.
The second bag is the Dolce & Gabbana Miss Easy Way Colorblock Boston Bag retailing at $1,795.00. This bag features crinkled grained leather, silver metal hardware, a silver metal logo plate on the front, and round studs throughout. This bag contrasts its neutral beige and brown coloring with yellow, leather strips and a red strap, giving the bag some extra spunk. The little flash of coloring takes this bag from boring to bright, making it stick out of the crowd. It is a great bag to funk up any boring outfit and can be worn throughout many seasons.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Wheely Luggage
Summer 08’ vacation anyone? If so, then right about now, you should already have a guideline of where to and when, right? I’m pretty sure you’ve also planned out the hotel reservations, travel tickets, gasoline expenses, an appointment at your local vet to animal-sit, a home onlooker, and so on.

What type of luggage do you use? Do you travel in style with your couture designer baggage? Or are you a victim of the simple black duffle bag? If so, why not invest in luggage?

Over at shopbop (dot com), I ran into two luggage pieces designed by (one of my favorite designers), Mr. Marc Jacobs. These two pieces were selectively made for the Marc by Marc Jacobs line. On the left side of the screen, you have the Patent leather Wheely in juicy red. With luggage sporting an in-your-face hue such as this one, it seems like your guaranteed to never lose your bag, ever! If that piece is a little too busy for your taste, then check out the Standard Supply Canvas Wheely. It’s simple, yet different, and its uni-sex too! Careful, the boy-toy just might keep it for themselves.

Like all other wheely luggage, you can find roller wheels, a push-button trolley handle, zippers, compartments, and hidden pockets on these two pieces. Now I never claimed that these are the prettiest designer luggage out in the market, I’m just stating that these are great Marc by Marc Jacobs travel pieces!

My Orange Prada Purse from HauteLook is here – wait something’s missing
10 minutes ago I received a package from HauteLook. Oh sweet, it must be my new delicious orange Prada bag from the DecadesTwo @ HauteLook sale. FYI: I ordered it exactly 9 days ago (takes 7 days for them to package up and send out — even if you pay $29.52 for 2 day) Let me open the package… …… …… ….. ….. …. …. … oh cute. It’s so little and orange. This is such a spring-summer color. Yummy.

Wait a minute.. .. I’m not one to complain, unless there’s a reason to. And in this case of the Prada Purse there is. Something is missing here… You know what it is? A dustbag. My bag did not come with a dustbag. How weird is that? Where is my bag going to sleep at night? It’s going to have to bunk with another relative I guess until I find a prada sleeper. Keep in mind, this has never happened to me before when shopping on HL. I’ve received a couple bags from this site, and both of which came with a dustbag. I guess it maybe random.. because I’m pretty sure, it did not say “dustbag not includedâ€?. Bummer. I’m sure this bag wont get much sleep this summer anyway..

Coach Soho Signature Cotton Purse Line
I swear Coach never fails to release new handbag styles and designs each season, this is something I really like about the name brand. It seems like a new line of handbags are released one day, and shortly after, another squad of newbie’s are ready to follow. Most of their items are fun and seem to conform well to the latest trend. With that said, I lean towards quickly getting tired of the “trendy� style, and seek a new bag to fulfill my modern crave (or bag obsession).

I ran upon this Coach signature cotton style line, I must say, its vibe is pretty appealing. The cotton material is perfect for spring, and with the bodies’ vintage cream colored base, its sure to hide those annoying dirt marks we all get on our handbags from time to time. Coach’s signature C’s also carry some alterations. If you are a signature lover, and tend to like the various patterns of the infamous C’s, you should consider adding this pretty to your collection. The vintage vibe is truly cool, and with those brown, cream, and gold hues, you’re sure to not have a hard time trying to match your outfit with your handbag. Another nice feature found on the Soho Signature Cotton line is thick braided flat handles, which are a plus in my book! Who doesn’t love comfy leather shoulder straps?! So what do you ladies think of this Coach line, do you like it?
