Introducing the Coach Resort 2009 Handbag Collection
Way back when my love for handbags was in its infancy, I absolutely adored Coach Bags. But as time passed, their novelty began to wear off. I mean, what fun was there in owning a Coach bag if everyone and their sister had one as well? Plus my tastes had begun to grow more and more extravagant. They had simply lost their appeal. But lately, I have found myself taking a second look at Coach. And for good reason! Not only are their new styles fresh and exciting, they are absolutely gorgeous as well. These bags are probably some of the most beautiful bags I have seen from Coach in a very long time. If you don’t believe me, then head on over to Coach’s official website and check them out for yourself. I guarantee that you will be pleasantly surprised.

But with so many great new bags from Coach to choose from, you are probably wondering if they could ever possibly top themselves. Well, guess what! I think they just may have! Introducing the new Coach Resort 2009 Collection, which is due out next month. Soft leathers, pretty shades of pink, and illuminating metallics, this collection has it all. Beware of sensory overload, these bags will definitely delight and dazzle. But what I find most appealing about the collection is all the new shapes that is has introduced. Their silhouettes are so simple, rounded, and unstructured. They just look so soft. Suppressing the urge to squeeze them may prove difficult. These are definitely not your typical Coach bags. Valentino Noeud Tote
I’m a true fanatic of Valentino Garavani’s luxurious and feminine designs. I always look forward to seeing what new items Valentino presents to the World of Fashion, and just take a look at this newbie. Fresh off the runway, the Noeud Tote isn’t exactly my favorite Valentino, and with all due respect to any fans out there, I can’t decide whether this piece is inspired by a feminine bow or straightjacket design. What a great piece was emerging, until that clutter in the middle settled in. The concept of buttery Nappa leather and the tier of ruffles were fine details, but seriously, what is going on right in the center? Must its details really have been so complicating? Would a nice and identifiable bow detail have been more pleasant? Or maybe a different color would have improved this piece. Eventually, every designer will come out with something that isn’t a crowd pleaser, and I don’t know what you ladies think, but personally, I’m not in awe over this tote. Valentino handbags do cost a pretty penny, as the Noeud Tote does carry a steep price tag of $3,495! Ladies, what’s your input on this tote, and most importantly, would you wear this?

Marc Jacobs Satin Rad Bag
Those dark purple hues are still hitting the display shelves, even though we are well into the Fall 08 season. Introducing the Marc Jacobs Satin Rad Bag. It’s sleek, small, versatile, and… you guessed it, purple! This lovely satin bag looks like it would be great for an evening out. I just love the long, detachable shoulder strap. It allows this bag to be worn two different ways — as a large clutch or as a small shoulder bag. Plus the satin gives this bag a really elegant feeling. The leather trim also gives the bag a nice tone-on-tone effect, which I really love. Personally, I don’t see anything I don’t like about this bag. However, I would probably prefer to use it without its strap most of the time. But I think it’s nice to have the option there if my hands were in sudden need of being freed up. To me, it just looks so much nicer as a clutch. What does everyone else think?

So recently while browsing my-wardrobe I noticed that they now carry an assortment of goodies for him — bags for work or play, wallets, scarves, fun cuff links and more…even a coffee mug by Paul Smith. Other designers include Nick Bronson, Tom Ford, Ray Ban and Mulberry. .

And look what I spotted: the Mulberry Brynmore guy bag in tan. Wear it over the shoulder or crossbody, plus it’s a super versatile style which fits all essentials.

The basic: Tan leather large messenger bag with an adjustable canvas strap and triple twist lock fastening at the front. Bag also has an internal pocket, a mobile phone pocket, two pen slots and is lined in suede. 38cm x 34cm x 10cm. $742.57

Fendi Tri-Color Forever Boston Bag
If the Fourth of July is your favorite holiday by any chance then perhaps you will adore the Fendi Tri-Color Forever Boston Bag. With the Navy Blue, Red, and White color combination you not help but think of an American flag when you see this handbag. I have always been a fan of the Fendi Boston Bag, because it kind of resembles a Louis Vuitton Speedy which is my handbag of choice almost every day of the week. I will admit the colors on the Fendi Tri-Color Forever Boston Bag are very cute but I don’t believe I would ever wear this handbag unless it was a patriotic holiday. This handbag is very tiny, so if you don’t like small handbags you may not like this bag. The Fendi Tri-Color Forever Boston Bag is actually smaller than a Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 with having height of 7 inches and a width of 9 inches. The feature I love the most about this handbag is the key bell the handbag comes with. I love key bells and I think they are a cute way to hide your keys and you never have to worry about losing them.

The Fendi Tri-Color Forever Boston Bag is currently being sold on eLUXURY for $710. It’s more money than a Louis Vuitton Speedy 25, which is actually slightly bigger to. I’d rather have the Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 but if you love Fendi, you may just love this bag!
