Zimmermann woven Beach Bag

Only a few more months to go until spring. What a relief! This bitter cold weather has left me counting down the days til I can get some beach action! And as we get closer and closer to the warmer months, I for one have been stocking up on beach wear – my favorite recents: Tory Burch flip flops and sandals, a couple Dolce & Gabbana swimsuits, colorful Diane von Furstenberg cover ups and now all I need is a new beach bag.

And this bag is on the top of my list – I’m in love with how simple it is. It’s your classic beach bag. It’s a natural straw open weave tote, which is essential for sandy beaches! Just make a note that you may want to invest in a couple colorful pouches for those little things you don’t want to lose.

Diane von Furstenberg Belt Bag

Just the thought of a fanny pack is such a turn off to me, however Diane von Furstenberg worked her magic on this infamous not so loved design and has created this beautiful purse – the Belt Bag!

This sleek durable pebbled leather waist bag features a buckle closure adjustable wide gray-brown canvas and leather strap, a magnetic closure fold-over flap front, a main compartment and a smaller concealed pouch beneath flap. Right now it’s available in black or (my favorite) Luggage brown with gold hardware. The bag measures 4.5″ height x 9″ length x 1.5″ depth and the belt is adjustable from 31″ to 50″ long. It’s the perfect bag to finish off your summer safari-chic look.

Fendi Bio

Founded in 1918 by Adele Casagrande but not established until 1925 with it’s upscale name, Fendi (with the partnership of her husband Edoardo Fendi), the Roman based shop was one of Italy’s most coveted fashion secret. The House of Fendi began as a leather goods and fur retail shop and as it’s popularity gained, it was only ideal for its founders to progress into a larger store. Into a refurbished movie theatre they moved, which is known today as the Fendi Flagship store right in the center of Rome.

Be Inthavong and Steve Dumain founded and launched Be & D in 2004. Today Steve Dumain is the creative director and all of the handbags are designed and produced in New York’s Garment District. Be & D’s first design, the “Garbo”, became such a hit that it still is one of the most popular bags the company produces. The “Garbo” collection consists of belts, mini bags, satchels, totes, and wallets.

Almost everything the company designs features a type of stud on it. The studs range from tiny to large and gives the designer brand an edgy but stylish look.

Juicy Couture “Perforated Heart” Bag

I’ve never been into small bags because I have a tendency to carry every small accessory you can imagine in my handbag. I have to have a makeup bag, keys, change wallet, a big wallet, agenda etc. Sometimes I even carry a magazine and an endless amount of pens for what reason? I don’t know. You can definitely label me as someone that keeps the inside of their bag very messy and unorganized.

Lately, I’ve been on the hunt for a small bag. Just a bag, with a shoulder strap, that I can carry my phone, lip stick and money in. Something so I can be a little more organized. The Juicy Couture “Perforated Heart” Bag is the exact bag I was looking for. It’s small, black, has gold hardware and has little hearts all over it to add a touch of cuteness to it.
