Mar y Sol Panama Tote

The vacationing season and those R&R days call for tote bags that are maintenance free and that wont make you cringe if you get some water splashing on it. Canvas and PVC pieces always make great alternative to your more expensive treasures, but straw totes always seem to fit the theme to the best extent. Surprisingly, straw totes vary through design. Take for example the strong geometric patterns of the Panama Stripe Straw Tote by Mar y Sol.

Bryna Nicole Serrano Bag

One thing is certain, you can never go wrong with a brown leather hobo! That’s why I am loving this one from Bryna Nicole called the Serrano Bag! I was actually delighted to see this bag pop up because I haven’t seen much Bryna Nicole stuff floating around recently. The San Francisco-based designer is definitely on my list of favorites, I just love how her pieces can blend in beautifully with just about any woman’s wardrobe. The styles are so easy to wear!

Ember Skye Shelly Bag

At first glance, I would have sworn that the bag you see pictured here is by JJ Winters. Just look at all that fringe! And for some reason, I have become hardwired to believe lot’s of fringe automatically equals JJ Winters. I was surprised to learn, however, that this bag was not made by JJ Winters. It is actually from a designer called Ember Skye. Introducing the Ember Skye Shelly Bag!

Madras, plaids of every color for spring and summer is the pattern of vacations, resortwear and summery attire. One would not think it was appropriate for Fall, but leave it to Prada to find a way to make it so!

Crafted of solid color and two-tone finely woven leather, Prada has created a line of Madras bags lustworthy of any bag lover. If you are a woven bag fan (like me) you will feel like you’ve been hit by Cupid when you see and feel these bags! The leathers are finely woven in India, then sent to Italy for final fabrication. These bags feature weaving all over the bag and straps. Various styles perfect for individual tastes!

Stephanie Johnson Madrid Cosmetic Bag

My favorite flowers are roses. They’re beautiful, they smell good and it’s always lovely to have them sitting on a table in your house. To me, flowers bring happiness to a home but roses bring love and beauty in. Whenever I see something that has a rose on it I usually scream and want it. With that said, it comes as no surprise that I fell in love with the Stephanie Johnson “Madrid” Greta Medium Cosmetic Bag.

I have a Louis Vuitton cosmetic bag that I paid quite a bit for but I have to say I’d trade it in for this one. Not only is the “Madrid” a great price but it’s beautiful and I would probably use it as a clutch too. Sometimes I do grab my makeup bag, throw some cash and cards in there and run out the door.

Alexander Wang Adele Clutch

Alexander Wang has certainly undergone some changes this last season. I find it interesting that he has been trading in his heavy studs for simple corner plates (much like those you would find on trunks or hard sided luggage). This hardware appeared on the Small Emile Tote, which I wrote about not too long ago. But here we are seeing this hardware again, although it is on a style that is vastly different from the one mentioned above. It’s called the Alexander Wang Adele Fold-Over Trunk Clutch and, if you ask me, I think the style is much more fitting for the hardware in question.

Burberry BiColor Nappa Tassel Clutch

The Burberry Prorsum collections have provided us with some edgy British chic in trench coats with a twist, spiked and over-sized plaids and studs, bold design elements and heels all with a nod to the British classics. This adorable clutch is no exception to the over-the-top styling. While we’re in the midst of a sweltering summer and white is perfectly fine to carry, this bag ships AFTER Labor Day. If the proper, etiquette abiding, tea-loving English say it’s okay to carry white in the Fall, then it really must be true!

Vintage Chanel Bags

Who doesn’t love vintage Chanel? For one it’s classic and has proven to last the test of fashion time. But what is it about owning a Chanel handbag that addicts have grown to love? I don’t have the answer for you, it’s just something about owning at least one piece (if not more!) in your collection that we all aspire to do. You will never forget your first Chanel.

Harajuku Lovers Of the Sea Backpack

I finished college last year but when I was attending for some odd reason I always liked having either the most fashionable school supply or the cutest. Sometimes my stuff was high fashion and sometimes it was things you would envision a little girl would have. I wouldn’t say I’m immature it just brought some life to the very boring college life I had. Plus the girls would always be mean to me to my face or behind my back talking about the accessories I had, the heels I wore, or how much of an idiot I must be to spend what I did on what I had. I can still remember to this day walking out of class and a girl yelling at me, “Just so you know college isn’t a fashion show Pantene girl.” I looked at her and just gave her the famous Pantene hair flip because two wrongs never make a right and karma is meaner than I can ever be.
