Maison Martin Margiela Shopper

Whenever I take all the fashionable things I want to purchase to the register, I always hope they give me a shopping bag. I can not stand when stores put our purchases in a plastic bag. To me, it’s disrespectful to the items we just purchased and who wants wrinkly clothes? I sure don’t! A shopping bag leaves everything nice, tidy and organized inside. Sometimes the stores that put our new belongings in plastic bags give you the option to buy a paper shopping bag. You better believe I always buy one. I don’t even like my groceries in a plastic bag. It just screams messy and tacky to me but of course that’s just my personal opinion.

Jil Sander Textured Satchel

When I first learned of Jil Sander, it was through the infamous Market Tote. This designer screams minimalistic chic. In the case of the Market Tote, this sentiment definitely rings true. Super simple design meets super bright colors. The leather is luxuriously soft and the bag is versatile. I have always loved the idea of converting a handheld shopping tote into a shoulder bag with nothing more than a removable piece of leather. But Jil Sander is more than that one ingenious creation… so much more! Just take a look at the Jil Sander Textured Satchel. I stumbled across it the other day and it has been on my mind ever since!

Tory Burch Roslyn Tote

Just how bright do you like your handbags? If you dare to wear a tote coated in candy-colored hues, then Tory Burch has got a great looking one for you. Personally, I’m a neutral bag type of gal and I tend to stay far from anything too intense.

The Roslyn Striped Canvas Tote gets my admiration over personal approval, but regardless of its versatility in your wardrobe or not, this tote arrives extra cheery and positive. This piece reminds me of a grownup woman’s version of an Easter basket altered into a tote bag. Perhaps it’s the festive vibes I’m gaining along the way as we approach the Easter holiday.

JJ Winters Taupe Suede Hobo

JJ Winters is known for one thing and one thing only. Fringe! Mountains and mountains of fringe! I’m talking down to your knees fringe! So you can probably imagine my surprise when I stumbled across a JJ Winters style that… (gasp)… doesn’t have an ounce of fringe. That’s right, not even a single strand. Meet the JJ Winters Suede Hobo!

Yves Saint Laurent Mini Muse Clutch

Just about anything can be made more fun by making it mini sized. Think about it. Candy, cupcakes, puppy dogs… they all instantly become more fun when in miniature form. Well, unless maybe if you want to play Frisbee with your dog. A larger size might have a better advantage in that situation. But handbags! Ah yes, those are definitely more fun when they come in “fun size”! This is especially true when you take an iconic style, like the Yves Saint Laurent Muse, and turn it into a mini. Introducing the Yves Saint Laurent Muse Mini Leather Clutch!

Anya Hindmarch “Fruit & Vegetables” Tote

Six and a half months ago I became a Vegetarian. I thought it was going to be the hardest transition in my life but it wasn’t. Some of my favorite foods were chicken fingers and chicken parmigiana and I really thought giving them up was going to put me into with drawls. Once I ate that last piece of chicken, I never looked back and haven’t craved it since. It was literally like a light switch and I turned the meat switch off rapidly.

Rebecca Minkoff Cheetah Mini Affair Bag

Rebecca Minkoff never ceases to amaze me. The woman has been on fire lately with her designs and I’m absolutely loving one of her latest. The “Cheetah” Mini Affair Bag is adorable and definitely something I’d sport around for Spring.

The funny part is, I’ve never been one into animal prints. In fact, I despise them. Animal prints have just never been my thing. I have a pair of leopard print high heels I bought about four years ago, and I still have yet to wear them! However, the “Cheetah” is an accessory I’d buy in a heart beat if I could.

What I love about this bag, is that if the description didn’t in fact say “Cheetah-print” I would probably have never have guessed it was. It kind of looks like letter that has little shapes cut out of it to give it more of an edgy feel.

Anya Hindmarch Girlie Stuff Cosmetic Bag

While looking at the latest assortment of Anya Hindmarch cosmetic bags, the first one that caught my eye was the Girlie Stuff Pouch. What drew me in is that lovely bright turquoise shade – it’s like a tropical punch of color!

I just love bright small accessories! Even if you live in a colder climate zone it could be used year-round with no cut-off point – like the rule of not wearing carrying white after labor day. Of course if you live in some tropical climate you can get away with carrying a white or bright colored bag. Everyone is different too. When it comes to purses, personally I prefer my brights and whites during the summer and my neutrals and darks during the winter. Only exception being, accessories!
