I have never been a huge fan of Tory Burch. However, you may have noticed my fellow bloggers seem a bit fascinated by this designer. What I mean is, they have been posting about a lot of Tory Burch handbags lately. Are they seeing something in these handbags that I’m not? The thought has certainly got me wondering. While it is true that Marc’s diffusion line has a tendency to be a wild and crazy at times, this rule does not apply 100% of the time. Remember the Marc by Marc Jacobs Totally Turnlock Teri Tote? It was such a huge hit over on TBF just a few short years ago. The appeal? It was trendy and casual, but it was something that could fit in easily with your everyday wardrobe. Plus it had that awesome double compartment interior, perfect for keeping you organized. Well… I think it is about time we had our next “Teri Tote”. Guess what! I may have already found it! I was sort of angry with Jason Wu for a little while. He had that collection at Target and, of course, I didn’t make it there to get what I wanted. Okay, okay… so that isn’t necessarily his fault. It sure doesn’t help that the local news anchor has been wearing the dress I had wanted though. Oh well, I suppose that doesn’t mean I can’t still love Jason Wu’s regular collection. When it comes to fashion if there are two things that are for certain it’s that, I have always loved Prada and I have a severe obsession with evening clutches. Prada has always been such a classic and timeless brand to me. I only own one Prada bag but believe me, if I could I would have a bunch! As for evening clutches, they scream elegance and sophistication to me. I absolutely love dressing up and nothing finishes an outfit better than a beautiful clutch.
This may be odd for me to admit, but I’m absolutely obsessed with pretty much anything pink right now. If you follow my blogs, or have at least read them before, you would know that I’m usually a black and white kind of gal. Almost everything I own is black/white or black/gold. I don’t have very much color in my fashion closet but boy am I loving pink right now. Everytime I see anything in pink that I like, I scream a little. Are my “girly girl” ways, slowly but surely making a comeback?
With so many zebras living in a single herd, it is hard to imagine how they can keep track of who is who. How does a baby zebra know who its mom is? Believe it or not, the mother zebra will actually block her new baby’s view of other zebras in the herd so the only thing it focuses in on is her. Each zebra has a unique stripe pattern, almost like fingerprints. The mother zebra’s pattern will become imprinted in the baby zebra’s mind. The baby zebra will then know who mom is, even amongst the chaos of a swirling herd. Pretty neat, huh? If only I could have a photographic memory like that! Perhaps if I feel like a zebra, some of their power will rub off on me. What better way to do that than by sporting a cool zebra print accessory? That’s why I’m loving the Gucci Zebra Craft Tote!
