Louis Vuitton has faced off once again with the Contemporary Arts! The French luxury brand has collaborated with the Princess of Polka Dots, Ms. Yayoi Kusama, and has brought to us one of the most interesting collections yet. Japanese artist and writer Yayoi Kusama sees her life as “a dot lost among millions of other dots”. “Without beginning, end or center”, Kusama presents her designs as repetitious, infinite, and with much energetic vibe. Her signature pattern of spots on a solid background has captured the mind of Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton, bringing their exciting affiliation to the world of fashion. Their vision is presented among some of Vuitton’s most classic collections.

Rebecca Minkoff Patchwork Affair Bag


I swear this blue trend just never seems to go away. It seems as if blue just keeps carrying on from season to season. All the different shades of blue are quite gorgeous but I wouldn’t want too much of it. I am eager to see what the next “It” color is going to be but for the time being I’ll just keep looking at the new fabulous pieces that come out in blue. As I always mention in my posts, Rebecca Minkoff is seriously one of the best female designers out there. She just keeps making hit after hit. We have seen the “Affair” bag before but the quilted royal blue version is to die for!

RED Valentino Bow Bag


I’ve been dying for a sophisticated shoulder bag with a chain strap. I know it seems to be the trend lately, but I’m loving the golden chain straps featured on bags. They just seem so classy and elegant to me. I’ve been looking at some by Michael Kors but the RED Valentino Bow Bag is also way up on my list. First of all, I love anything with lace as long as it’s classy. Lace is super sexy to me if it’s worn in the right way. I’d say this lace handbag is stunning and was definitely made to look ultra glam.

At first glance, I didn’t like this bag. It looked like a black mess from far away. However, when I took a closer look and saw the stock photo with the model carrying it on her shoulder I was sold. It was a lot bigger than I envisioned and looks pretty spacious inside. I love the mix of the gold chain strap with the black lace because it gives it a flashy look.
