Mary-Kate Olsen with Miu Miu Pleated Tie-Dye Clutch
Spotted: Posing for the camera’s at a recent dinner hosted by Nadja Swarovski in honor of the nominees and honorees of The 2007 CFDA Fashion Awards, Mary-Kate was snapped with the new Miu Miu Pleated Tie-Dye suede oversized clutch in hand.
This new line is available in an assortment of sizes from oversized clutches to gigantic duffle looking satchels (with the Boston handheld bag in between), and come in a variety of colors from wild looking tie-dye to plain print-less leather (with metallic in between).
I’m not that impressed with the tie-dye version, with the exception to Mary-Kates’s red on black suede oversized clutch. All of the other versions, especially the light color bags that feature a dark psychedelic print, look to me like a washer disaster or a pen explosion. I am though definitely a fan of the solid print-less Miu Miu bags, with the exception of MK’s. I love the pleated detailing – it’s just the right finishing touch.

Love it, MK’s is my favorite. I agree. The one with the white background is not that pretty. But I guess that’s why it’s on sale.
MK has such fabulous style. Great choice in bag. All the other ones don’t really appeal to me.
This might sound wierd, but the pleated detailing reminds me of vintage womans swimming caps!
I love Mary Kates style. I’m getting sick of other blogs and forums bashing her unique style and taste for clothing. I think she looks drop dead gorgeous in this picture and her whole outfit from shoes to handbag and hair to makeup looks perfect.
I agree with you Jennifer, the bag she is carrying looks great. But the other versions on white are just a disaster.
