Michelle Obama Style: VBH Clutch
While on a recent trip to Russia, First Lady Michelle Obama was photographed sporting a stunning little arm candy piece by luxury brand VBH.
From the picture above, it appears to be the initially reported by VBH, $6,000 alligator manila clutch by the designer, but the White House said that’s incorrect. In fact it’s the exotics cheaper little sister, the croc-embossed patent leather version, which fetches a more reasonable $875.
VBH is timelessly beautiful, and made using the finest materials, a VBH bag is an essential addition to every stylish wardrobe. Launched in 2000 this exclusive modern accessories line was created by, and named after, the ex-president of Valentino, Mr V. Bruce Hoeksema.
Shop for VBH at these locations: couple styles available @ eBay , coming soon to Net-a-Porter and on sale over at TheOutNet.

I love her purse. She has such amazing taste in bags.
I love her clutch, but the price is crazy! You can find similar ones for less than $30. lol
Wait I thought it was the crocodile version.
Oh I know! When I first read that it was $6k I was a little upset.
I think this clutch is absolutely stunning.
Thanks for the identification! I was wondering who this bag was by.
Cute. Love her style
I’m not familiar with this designer, but from what I see
I wouldn’t spend more than $200. Thanks for the deal alerts.
I think hers is the real crocodile version. She can’t fool me
:)
She’s probably just saying that so people don’t get upset.
I just found this to be very interesting.
I honestly don’t why people were freaking out when VBH came out and said it was a 6,000 clutch. I mean wth, if she has the money, and she obviously does, then why not.
Cute clutch, I like the angular shape of it.
I recently bought an authentic used sequined sharkskin- type green BVM. I,too, had never heard of the brand much less could even find the brand name on the purse but after researching the purse, i saw the pic of First Lady Obama carring the same one in leather and even fell more in love.
i’m really glad Michelle Obama dresses with class, style and eloquence regardless of expense. shes a great representative of the women in the U.S.A. Plus I’m sure after
using a garment a few times, they are auctioned off for a good cause.
i’d rather she NOT have a walmart price tag and upc number stickeing out of her sleeve!!!
