Rebecca Minkoff Studded Fling

There has been so much talk here at Bag Bliss about Alexander McQueen Box Clutches. I get it, I really do. They are absolutely stunning! What’s not to like? Oh wait, there is something. That little (or should I say, not so little) thing we call a price tag. Not to worry though! If a box clutch is what you crave (and you can live without one of those awesome skull clasps), then there are many less expensive options out there! My pick being, of course, the Rebecca Minkoff Studded Fling Clutch!

When it comes to Rebecca Minkoff clutches, the Fling has always been at the top of my list. What I like about this particular version is the flat studs adorning it front and back. The original Studded Fling featured small, rounded studs. But I like this updated version much better! The studs are varied in size and they create an ornate diamond pattern, rather than the traditional grid pattern. They are gold tone too, which looks so exotic when paired with bright colored leather. Personally, I like the Teal! It is the perfect color for the upcoming summer months, so cheerful and energizing! Pair this piece with an equally bright outfit. Don’t be afraid to mix and match either! Colors that pop are the look for Summer 2011!
