Baby Bags & Designer Diaper Bags

Marc by Marc Jacobs Eliz-a-Baby Pretty Nylon Bag

It’s a slim to none chance, but if I ever become a Mom all my baby accessories will be designer! Being a Mom takes a lot of hard work so you should be able to treat yourself to something fashionable. So many Moms let go of themselves and their stylish goodies after they have a child. I love that designers design accessories for Mom’s so they too can spoil themselves a little bit.

The Marc by Marc Jacobs “Eliz-a-Baby” Pretty Nylon Bag is so cute and I love that it doesn’t even really look like a baby bag. It pretty much looks like an over sized handbag. In other words, if you’re child isn’t with you for the day and you don’t feel like changing bags your baby bag just morphed into a handbag! I mean let’s face it after a year or two you don’t even need a baby bag anymore so then you could just start using it as an everyday handbag if it doesn’t look like a mess.

Felix Rey Golden Child Diaper Bag

I do not have a baby but if I did you better believe that everything I owned associated to the baby would be in high fashion especially the diaper bag! Some diaper bags are cute, some look horrid after a while but I love the ones that could pass as a regular purse. I mean face it, Mother’s have a lot to carry and the last thing they need to do is to have a diaper bag and a purse! So why not, have a diaper bag that looks just like a handbag and carry all your essentials in it.

Dolce & Gabbana Black & White Beach Tote

Spring is here and soon Summer will be vastly approaching us. Even though I live close to the beach I hardly go. The sand annoys me like there is no tomorrow. I absolutely hate when it gets stuck to my skin then just gets all over my car. What I hate more is when all the stuff I bring to the beach, especially my essentials, has sand all over them. This is inevitable though since most beach bags have holes in them to “try” to make the sand fall out.

When I discovered the Dolce & Gabbana “Black & White” Beach Bag I Immediately thought it was the greatest beach bag ever designed. No, it can’t keep the sand out but it sure does keep you more organized. Most beach bags are over-sized and you just throw everything you own in them. With this bag everything is labeled, which makes it a little bit easier to keep the sand out. If everything has it’s own little compartment you take it out and put it back in when you’re down with it.

Amazing Baby Bags (That Look Like Regular Bags)

For those of you ladies out there who haven’t heard, I have a new nephew. He is just barely 3 months old now and he is still so very tiny (a complete opposite of his sister when she was a baby)! He looks like a cute little monkey and, of course, he is very special because his is the only little boy in our family. But there’s just one little problem… he spits up like there is no tomorrow! His mom has resorted to carrying an arsenal of stuff just about everywhere they go. But I was thinking, just because you need to carry around a lot of baby stuff with you doesn’t mean you can’t have a stylish bag to put it all in. So this post is for all the mommies out there, who also happen to have a fetish for chic handbags! Below you’ll find a selection of baby bags that look like regular handbags! It’s almost like multitasking, only a lot funner! Enjoy!

Juicy Couture Baby Tote

Juicy Couture Handbags: Juicy Couture Baby Tote
Juicy Couture always has the cutest accessories in baby pink especially when it comes to their baby collection. The baby bags are always so adorable and the latest “Baby Tote” is stunning.

I know if I were to have a baby girl, I would want two designer baby bags. One would have to have a classic look to it, like a Louis Vuitton, and the other would have to be cute.

Juicy Couture Quilted Diaper Bag

Juicy Couture Quilted Diaper Bag
Juicy Couture always makes the most cutest diaper bags to the point you’re wishing you had a baby just so you can buy one of them. I think Juicy Couture can finally be crowned for having the cutest diaper bag ever. The Juicy Couture Quilted Diaper Bag is so adorable and stylish it’s crazy. What better way to introduce your baby girl to designer’s than to have a designer baby bag right from the start. Perhaps even her first words would be Juicy Couture instead of the modern day “Mom” and “Dad” talk.

What I love most about this diaper bag, is that overall it’s just so incredibly girly. From the ruffles to the quilted nylon everything screams baby girl with this bag. The only thing I’m not loving about this bag are the exterior pockets. To me they are a little too bulky for the bag, but I think they are necessary. Face it, when you have a baby you need as many pockets as you can get just to be able to throw things in quick.

An added bonus is that the handbag comes with a bib, burp cloth, and changing pad. Now not only is your diaper bag by a high end designer but so are your accessories. Such a great way to style up a newborn by one of the best, Juicy Couture!

The Juicy Couture Quilted Diaper Bag can be purchased at Nordstrom for $298. It’s really not that bad of a price for a designer diaper bag, and not to mention it’s super cute! If you are expecting a baby girl then you may just want to grab this cute bag!

Felix Rey Sadie Ruffle Tote

Felix Rey Sadie Ruffle Tote
When I first saw the Felix Rey Sadie Ruffle Tote over at Shop Bop, I instantly thought of a flower. What better way to start the Spring season, than with a handbag that resembles a pink flower.

The Felix Rey Sadie Ruffle Tote may look a little funny in pink, but the handbag also comes in black, and brown. The black and brown versions look much less like a flower, and a little more on the cute side.

Features of the nylon handbag include: pleating in the front and back; leather banding; ruffle trim at the top; gold hardware; double handles; detachable/adjustable shoulder strap; and lined interior.

Like any tote, the Felix Rey Sadie Ruffle Tote is quite spacious. The measurements of the handbag are, 13″H x 18″L x 4″D, giving you more than enough to for all of your belongings.

The Felix Rey Sadie Ruffle Tote can be purchased at Shop Bop for $390, which to be is not that great of a price, but if could be because I’m not too fond of totes. To me any nylon handbag should not cost over $100, but of course that is just my opinion. If this handbag was all leather, it would probably be more appealing to me.

The Felix Rey Sadie Ruffle Tote is definitely one of those handbags that you either love it, or hate it.

Rebecca Minkoff Knocked Up Baby Bag

Rebecca Minkoff Knocked Up Baby Bag
Oh baby! Any newbie mothers or mommy’s-to-be? Just because baby’s essentials will soon take over yours, doesn’t mean that you must carry the bulky boring mom bag. Don’t lose your taste; I say use the “I need a diaper bag” excuse to add a new designer bag to your collection.

I recently discovered that Rebecca Minkoff carried these goodies in her line, and I like ‘em! In case you haven’t already; meet the Knocked Up Baby bag. I like the polished look of this as its design is masked from the commonly seen tacky diaper bag. No logo’s or cartoon critters on this bag, instead, it’s classic, which will allow extended wear even after baby has grown. Dressed up or more practically dressed down, this would look great either way.

Pretty striped and logoed lining, extra interior pockets and a full sized changing pad are all found within the bag. This extra chic baby bag measures 12” x 15” x 7” and is currently available in simple black or navy, although a girly color addition would be nice to see.

Grab your diaper bag or update your current one for $475, via the Internet at: shopbop.com

Juicy Couture Quilted Velour Baby Tote

Juicy Couture Quilted Velour Baby Tote
Every designer brand out there has a baby bag out. Some of the designer baby bags are classy, some are cute, and even some are very ugly. One of the cutest designer baby bags I have ever seen if the Juicy Couture Quilted Velour Baby Tote and it is stunning! The Juicy Couture Quilted Velour Baby Tote is available in either Black or Pink, but I’m loving the Pink version. The baby tote has pockets located on the exterior and interior of the tote to be sure all your baby essentials are organized. An added bonus to the Juicy Couture Velour Baby Tote is that is comes with a Juicy Couture burp cloth and bib. Not only will your baby bag be stylish but so will your baby accessories. The baby tote has plenty of room for all your essentials but does have one downfall in my opinion. The closure on the baby tote is pretty much awful if you ask me. The closure is nothing but two ties you would see on your gift box from a designer store. Hard to believe a top tie closure would be sturdy for a baby bag, but other than that I would say this baby tote is gorgeous!

The Juicy Couture Quilted Velour Baby Tote retails for $295, and I would say that is pretty reasonable for a adorable designer baby bag. I have seen designer baby bags cost in the thousands, so for a baby tote by Juicy Couture with a price tag of $295 is a great deal. If I had a baby, I would definitely pick up the Juicy Couture Quilted Velour Baby Tote in Pink!
