Zappos has so many items to choose from, but I immediately went to the satchels. A working woman needs to put her life into her bag to meets the needs from 7am to 7pm. Let’s face it, does 9 to 5 really exist anymore? It should be roomy but have lots of compartments for organization. If she can slip in her laptop or ipad, it’s a huge bonus. File folders – perhaps. The bag should be ready for the job she wants and fulfill the needs of the one she has. And stylish? A must!

The Botkier Haven Satchel is a slim option that will hold your business items nicely. At 13 1/2″ x 11 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ there’s room for your laptop, cosmetic case, wallet and other essentials. I know we’ve seen a lot on these bags lately, but the list would not be complete without them. For those who want to by their working woman a true “IT” bag, you need to stop over at netaporter and order a Proenza Schouler PS1 in black or camel for $1595. These bags are in such high demand, it’s hard for retailers to keep them on the shelf.

For a little less the Mulberry Bayswater in black or brown at $950 is another highly desirable bag. For the high-level executive, the ostrich for $5,000 is a dream. Classic and stylish, she’ll carry it for years!

With an insert, the mulberry would be my number 1 pick :)

Not really a fan of most the bags pictured above. I love the Mulberry, but that’s about it.

The Rebecca Minkoff one is the most practical. I love all the extra pockets, but the Mulberry is too classic. I would go with the Mulb

That ostrich mulberry is TDF! I would wear that from work to play… the others are nice, but are more to the point. So work focused. Does that make sense?
