Botkier Logan Embossed Snakeskin Satchel
Monica Botkier started in working as a fashion photographer before her dive into accessories. She definitely has a great eye for detail, artistry and functionality in the pieces she designs! The line has achieved a cult-like status among its followers and is often seen gracing the arm of celebrities like Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, Beyonce, Vanessa Hudgens, Jessica Alba, Heidi Klum, and Kate Bosworth, to name a few.
The Logan Snake-Embossed Satch is a perfect example of her eye for detail. I love the geometric trapezoid shape of this satchel. Loads of pockets, fun zippers and extra long pulls provide functionality and fun, unexpected features.
This incarnation features a golden snake-embossed lambskin leather that is warm and natural…perfect for spring and summer. Tonal topstitching is subtle but offers additional texture. Open end-pockets are the perfect spot for car keys and cellphone. I love this feature on bags as it keeps important items from getting lost. There’s even a cool zipper detail all of the way around the sides and bottom of these pockets! Additionally, the zippers expand the pocket size! Three more zipper pockets on the front provide other spaces to hide even more goodies.
The top double-handles features a 5″ drop. A detachable shoulder-strap features a 12 1/4″ drop. The flat top features a zipper closure. And the overall size is 9 1/2″H x 16 1/2″W x 6″D gives ample room to carry everything you will need for the day!

I like everything about this bag, except for the trapeze shape.
I love you guys at BagBliss. Botkier is one of my favorite purse designers of all time. Keep up the great work!

Hey love this bag, but nay to the snakeskin in gold. Over at NM there’s a picture of this same bag, but it looks so different. I hate it when boutiques suck at photography.
This is a bag I would purchase for my daughter.
This is not a bag I would buy for me, but I think it has a nice design. The side compartments are a nice feature, as well as the tassels.
Does this come in leather? I’m sure it would look better than the snakeskin. Gross.
Something about this bag just rubs me the wrong way. I like other bags by her, but the logan is at the bottom of my list.
I think this bag is not worth that price. And importantly, the gold-brown snakeskin looks a little dirty in the pictured above. Pass.
I think this bag is loaded with extras. The zippers, pockets, unique shape, you name it, it has it. Absolutely love it.:)
