Prada Nappa Fringe Convertible Tote
Ee-uck. Have you seen this bag yet? This beast is a newbie from the house of Prada for spring 2007 - the Prada Nappa Fringe Tote. The bags outfit consists of hundreds of dangling hairy-like fringe tassels that part down the middle to reveal the triangular Prada eye. Initial thought, its like a scary version of Chewbacca! Measurements of this animal: 10″ height x 12″ length x 2″ width.

Right now the Prada Nappa Fringe Convertible Tote is only available for pre-order Saks. Retail of this beast, a whopping $2,450! For that price I would rather get the gorgeous Prada Nappa Gaufre Convertible Satchel in the creamy color Cera.

A.L.T and return with the Fringe, eek. Okay when I first came across this candid of ALT I was blown away - it looks like he’s wearing the Prada Nappa Fringe Convertible Tote. I mean is fringe the new “it” thing to be wearing? If so I’m skipping this trend.

Another thing, let me just say I love Andre Leon Talley (love him). Okay now that I got that out of the way, somebody please tell me what in the world is going on here? Fill me in because I am confused. . . on top of the crazy fringe top coat, is that a mini leopard print wristlet he is toting around?

Coach Patent Gallery Tote | View!
At this very moment for the fall winter 2006 season one of my favorite trends is patent leather. Black patent a definite, white or any other color of patent leather depends on the shade of the color and most importantly the bag. This Coach blue patent is not a color that is on my hot list, just not my cup of tea. It’s too standout-ish which is what I do not look for in a Coach bag. Coach is one of those labels that I avoid when their bags have features that tend to draw attention (such as the double C monogram), although if it was solid black or white I would feel differently.

Celebrity | Andre Leon Talley | Prada Milano
It’s not a purse, it’s a Man Purse! (hah) Pictured above is Candy Pratts Price (style.com) chatting away with Andre Leon Talley (Vogue) while waiting for the Lanvin Spring 2007 Ready-to-Wear show to begin. Man Bag of choice for Andre was none other than a Prada Milano brown and white zebra print pouch with crazy fringe detailing. Imo should have chosen a different bag for the occasion.

eBay Alert Darn, I couldn’t find this bag in particular up on eBay, sorry I tired. However, below I listed a few Man Bags that I came across while browsing eBay. Most of them are from the micro-fiber / nylon line. A line that most of you know, I am not impressed with. Although the price of some of these bags I found on eBay are pretty impressive compared to what they are going for in the department stores.
