When most people think of Alexander McQueen, they do not envision a canvas handbag. Is it so strange though? I actually find it rather refreshing to see a handbag from this designer that is made of something other than leather. And he is, after all, famous for his pretty scarves. So why not put a scarf-like print on a handbag?

I definitely think it is doable, especially if the print isn’t over-the-top. This one is actually quite muted and subdued, despite the fact that it is a print depicting skulls and roses. My only gripe is that the color palette is a little too fall-ish. I’m sorry ladies, but I am ready for S-P-R-I-N-G!

So browns and burgundies are the furthest thing from my mind right now! But it is still a pretty bag nonetheless. So if you’re dying to get your hands on a piece of Alexander McQueen right now, then I would definitely check out this very unique design!

One of the latest and last pieces by Lee is this yellow and black bumble bee striped whipsnake box clutch adorned with the signature McQueen silver-tone skull and crystal-studded knuckle-duster clasp. I know it’s hard to tell from the picture, but the knuckle duster is really quite amazing. Not only is it a fabulous way to carry the clutch, but it gives the impression of chunky bold rings on each finger. Gotta love the signature McQueen skull! I tried to get a close up of the hand jewels from the n-a-p site, but the picture doesn’t do any justice.

While browsing around the Saks Fifth Avenue website I came across the Alexander McQueen Leather “Biker” Crossbody Bag. I’ve never been into crossbody bags, but lately I’ve been checking them out more. They’re amazing for trips, and when you don’t want to carry much around especially when you’re shopping!

I fell in love with this bag because it screams edgy. My wardrobe for the most part is edgy/rocker chick and this bag compliments my style well. You can tell by the stock photo’s that it is on the tiny side. The most you could probably fit in it probably is a compact, lip gloss, little wallet and a phone. Small or not, this is one gorgeous bag. I currently do not own a crossbody bag, but if I had to pick one to purchase it would definitely be this gorgeous piece by Alexander McQueen.

The Alexander McQueen Leather “Biker” Crossbody Bag can be purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue for $650. Alexander McQueen accessories are always on the expensive side, so to see one under $1000 is amazing! I would say this is a great price for this stunning bag!

The latest Alexander McQueen accessory that has caught my eye is the “Stud” clutch and fabulous! The clutch is pretty simple but at the same time it’s stunning. Like the neon trend, the stud trend keeps popping up over and over again. Thankfully studded accessories aren’t annoying as neon ones are. The studs featured on the exterior of the clutch form the Alexander McQueen logo, which is pretty awesome all on it’s own.

I do think you can use it as a clutch or a wallet. As a clutch it’s pretty small, so you won’t be able to fit much. The most you can fit in it is maybe your cell phone, lip gloss, cash and credit cards. That’s why as a wallet it would work wonders. You would be able to fit all your cash and credit cards and it wouldn’t have such a tight fit. Whether you use it as a clutch or wallet one thing is for sure, that it’s stunning!

The Alexander McQueen “Stud” Clutch can be purchased at Zappos for $739. The price is a little high, but when it comes to Alexander McQueen it’s worth it no matter what the price is. It’s definitely a great accessory to add to any designer collection.

For me, every time I walk into Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors or Nordstrom I find myself adding more handbags to my wish list! It almost seems like handbags are my drug that I just can’t give up.

At the moment, I have five handbags on my wish list. I absolutely love the: Louis Vuitton “Damier” Speedy 30; MICHAEL Michael Kors “Uptown Astor” Satchel in black; and the Alexander McQueen “Faithful Glove” Clutch in Black. The other two bags I want are still up in the air. I really want a new black patent leather bag, and a new Louis Vuitton Monogram bag to add to my collection.

My favorite bag out of the five on my wish list would have to be a toss up between the “Uptown Astor” Satchel and the “Faithful Glove” Clutch. I love how the gold hardware looks so beautiful on the black leather of the “Astor” bag. Then I also really like how edgy the “Faithful Glove” Clutch looks. If you like the whole rocker chick look as much as I do, then you just may want to add it to your wish list too!

Out of all the bags I want, I see myself buying the “Damier” Speedy or “Uptown Astor” Satchel first. Both bags are reasonably priced from $398-$690, and are versatile because they can go with so many different outfits! I hope to get all the bags on my wish list, but first I need to stop buying shoes before that can ever happen!

While browsing around Zappos, I came across an amazing deal on an Alexander McQueen cosmetic pouch. I love collecting designer accessories, and I’m itching to purchase this one!

The cosmetic pouch features croc-embossed patent leather and gold hardware. This may be a tiny accessory, but I have to admit it’s pretty fabulous. I currently own a Louis Vuitton cosmetic pouch, and I think this one may blow it out of the water. The Louis Vuitton pouch is classic, whereas the Alexander McQueen pouch is definitely more stylish.

The only downfall about this pouch is that it is patent leather. I carry so many things in my purse that I would be scared that the pouch would get scratched. Patent leather is known to scratch easily, and it might scratch up even quicker when it’s tossed around in a bag. Overall, this is a stunning cosmetic pouch to add to any accessory collection you would just have to be extra careful with it.

I love how the clutch looks huge but when you take a look inside it looks quite small. Being that the clutch is kind of wide, I would assume you actually could fit a number of things in it. Another “pro” about it, is that you could carry it around day or night. The clutch is casual enough for the daytime, but yet it’s also fancy enough for the evening.

The only thing I don’t care for about this clutch is the color! Zappos only has it available in a Brown or Gold color. I think if it was available in Black or White it would look much better. How many times could you really use a Brown and Gold clutch? Although, Gold designer goods does seem to be popping up more in the fashion world. Overall, the style and shape of the clutch are absolutely fabulous!

The Alexander McQueen “Candy” Clutch can be purchased at Zappos for $999. It’s just as pricey as the Louis Vuitton “Limelight” Clutch, but no one can deny that both clutches are gorgeous! Having a high end designer clutch, like this one, would go great in any handbag collection.

Everything about this clutch screams amazing and it would look absolutely amazing with an adorable black dress. My favorite feature of this clutch is definitely the knuckles. Each knuckle has a different theme to it, and I love that! Although, I kind of wish each knuckle was a different type of skull but two skulls are better than none!

There is only one “con” about this gorgeous clutch and it’s the size! I’m not quite sure what I could actually fit in it. Would a cell phone even fit in it? I suppose when a clutch looks this stunning, it doesn’t matter what can actually fit in it, as long as you are able to carry it around. I’m sure all you could possibly fit in it would be: cash, credit cards, and maybe a lip gloss. I ask myself, even though the clutch is beautiful and definitely unique looking, is it really worth it given the extremely high price of it?

The Alexander McQueen Skull Knuckle Duster Whipsnake Clutch retails for $1,895 at Saks Fifth Avenue. Yes, the clutch is gorgeous but I’m not sure it’s worth that high price but of course that is just my opinion. Expensive or not this clutch is a beauty!
