I admit, I do not have a green bag for St. Patricks Day. *gasps* Although if I planned ahead a little bit better, I would probably be rocking one of the beauties below. St. Pattys Day kinda just crept up on me this year.

So here, pictured below are my favorite green bags of the season.

This is the best deal on the web. Over at Gilt Groupe they’re throwing a Kotur sample sale event, featuring lovely little exotic pieces for bundles off the original price tag.

The small green snakeskin Renna features a frame opening with hidden magnetic closure, and when popped open reveals the signature brocade interior lining with single slip pocket. Measures: 6.5″ length x 3″ height x 1″ width. The Renna comes in other colors as well, including blue, red gold and bronze.

Another deal alert coming your way and it’s Balenciaga! The Weekender in green is on sale right now over at Bluefly, but not for long. Bluefly just slashed their prices on all designer handbags by an extra 10% off. So this lovely classic ends up retailing for only $1,220. Which is not bad at all considering the original $1,695.

The Weekender is amazing for travel or just simply as a day bag, if you’re a big bag type of girl that is. Features the soft, vintage crafted lambskin which Balenciaga addicts around the world have grown to love, four metal feet at base, front zip pocket with long zip pull, and the signature studding and buckle tabs along front. It’s been a while since I’ve fallen for a bag by Olivia Harris. Like atleast a couple years. And I think they have a hit on their hands. In my opinion this bag is such a MUST HAVE in the dusty rose. It’s like beyond gorgeous.

The boho luxe bag features washed lambskin, double shoulder straps, antiqued brass hardware, front zip pocket, and very cute tassel charm detail. The mouth of the bag closes with a magnetic snap closure and the interior features a many additional pockets. Measures in a 14.75″ width x 10.5″ height x 5″ depth.

Balenciaga Wallets in green.
Double dose of Balenciaga for you. The deals are so crazy over at Bluefly, that I couldn’t ignore posting the accessories. While you’re there, check out the covered hardware wallets in apple green.

This bag is such a favorite pick among thousands of Marc Jacobs’ fans. The bag is so lightweight, very comfortable when worn over the shoulder, the leather is uber squishy, and of course that price tag is so reasonable for a designer handbag.

The Totally Faridah is currently now available in Emerald green glazed leather with shiny gold-tone hardware. Features include the memorable signature zip and turn-lock fastening pockets at front, single shoulder strap which is perfect for shoulder or arm wear, a press-stud fastening at top, internal zip and pouch pockets and is fully lined in signature designer-stamped twill.

Dooney & Bourke Classic Satchel in kelly green.
For the Dooney & Bourke lover, the classic (I’m just going to throw this out there) Speey-like satchel. It comes in a variety of colors such as the kelly green, black, brown, chalk, navy blue, light pink, tangerine orange, and pale yellow.

The Dooney and Bourke Classic can be discovered over at Nordstrom’s for $195.

Juicy Couture Royal Ruffled Canvas Tote in green.
A slight ruffle overdose.

The super girly Juicy Couture ruffled canvas tote is designed with an oversized silhouette which makes it the ideal candidate for weekend chic. Measures a spacious 17.5″ with x 10″ height x 8″ depth. I always save the best for last. The Bottega Veneta Cocolave crocodile tote is some serious eye candy, reserved for the serious Bottega Veneta lover, or exotic purse enthusiast.

The Cocolave comes dressed in a jungle-green crocodile and accessorized with pewter-tone hardware. The structured body of the bag is so timeless. Additional features including the short handle with ring detail, a detachable small press-stud fastening case with key and padlock inside, Intrecciato and eyelet detailing at top, a fold-over flap at front, a taupe suede lining, an interior zip-fastening pocket, an interior pouch pocket and stud feet at base. This is such a statement making purse that will never go out of style.

It is a bit awkward to think that quilted denim would look decent in any manner until you actually spot something quite interesting, such as the Lila Hobo with its hexagon shaped patterns of puffy denim. I would say the very washed down shade of blue helped the overall appearance of this hobo, I can’t imagine this bag looking so great in dark denim as from a distance, it might resemble the unflattering look of a bundled up jean jacket hanging off your shoulder.

Key details of a top single rolled and detachable body strap allows you to carry this hobo at your choice of length. More attention grabbing details of pleats, beads on tassels, the signature plaque and a hint of more geometric patterns in purple creates a cool casual feel as well.

Marc Jacobs has a pending application for it’s random “Marc Jacobs” scrambled trademark. The scramble trademark is what makes up the inside lining of the “Pretty Nylon” Tote. And the “size, shape, color or color combination, product design, texture, and selection and arrangement of materials and accessories” make up it’s trade dress, which is the image and identity of the “Marc Jacobs Pretty Nylon Tote” for which Marc Jacobs fans around the world associate with it.

You guys be the judge. Tell me what you think.

Me? Of course, I’m team MJ. There are bags that are inspired-by and those that are obvious copies. I think Christian Audigier succeeded in producing a mirror copy of Marc Jacobs work. A distasteful act. The bag looks identical. You don’t even have to be a purse addict to see it. The quilted fabric, same font, plastic signature plaque, identical knot-tie shoulder straps, recognizable dual side pockets, and even the size. Only difference is the Ed Hardy bag has a giant fish thrown in the mix..

When I first saw the Marc by Marc Jacobs “Flash Leola” Leather Hobo I instantly fell in love. I wasn’t a fan of the color, but it’s definitely a handbag I would wear non-stop. The bag does have an architectural feel to it with all the zippers going in different directions.

The hobo is beautiful, but I think it would look way better in black or white. The bag kind of loses it’s edginess to it with it being in bright blue. Zippers look more fashionable when they are paired up with neutral colors, but of course that’s just my opinion. If this bag does become available in a less vibrant color I’ll probably consider purchasing it!

You can purchase the Marc by Marc Jacobs “Flash Leola” Leather Hobo at Nordstrom for $498, which I think it a little too much for it. I love Marc Jacobs but I think this hobo should be priced at no more than $300. Expensive or not, it’s a cool looking bag that I would love to add to my collection.

It’s no secret that I’m not a big “Miss Marc” fan, but I have to admit that I like her latest lace collection. I love lace, and thankfully it seems to be a trend these days. I think it was a brilliant idea for Marc Jacobs to not only get in on the lace trend, but to also have Miss Marc apart of it. Miss Marc is literally adorned in lace on the cosmetic bag, and I think it’s stunning!

Hate on me all you want, but Miss Marc hardly ever looks stylish to me. To have her dressed up in one of the biggest trends right now is without a doubt adorable and hilarious.

I know if I didn’t own two designer cosmetic bags already, I would purchase this one in a heart beat! Then again, the price is so great that maybe I will order one! Kind of hard to say no when you see a designer accessory under $75!

The Marc by Marc Jacobs “Lace” Miss Marc Mini Cosmetic Bag can be purchased at Zappos for $58, which I believe is an amazing price for it. It’s not very often you stumble on an affordable but yet cute designer piece. Miss Marc is very popular, so grab one before they disappear!

I’m not sure if I would actually use this clutch, but it would be a cute accessory to have. It’s available in black and purple, and it looks way better in black. You can see the hearts more on the purple clutch, but black is more ideal to match with your wardrobe than purple. I also think the gold tone hardware looks much better on the black clutch than the purple. Gold always pops out more on a dark color, and it shows on this clutch.

I wouldn’t label this clutch as fancy, and I’d say you can carry it with pretty much any outfit. It does have a casual look to it, so it would look great with just about anything. You can carry it with an evening dress or even jeans and a top. It’s definitely a versatile clutch, and that’s one of reasons why it caught my eye in the first place.

Marc Jacobs is amazing, but I’m afraid to say that I’ve seen him design much more stylish bags for his Marc By Marc Jacobs line. It’s not an ugly clutch but I have seen him do way better.

The Marc By Marc Jacobs ‘Party Girl’ Heart Appliqué Clutch can be purchased at Nordstrom for $248, which I think is way too much for it. The clutch has a cuteness factor to it, but I wouldn’t pay more than $125 for it. Overall, it’s an adorable clutch but the price killed it for me.

The Marc by Marc Jacobs “Pretty Nylon Little Tate” Tote has me in awe! From the stock photo it looks so pretty and colorful! I’ve never been a fan of the Marc by Marc Jacobs Nylon totes but this one is stunning! I think it’s because not only does the bag have beautiful colors all over it, but the patterns featured on the bag are pretty awesome.

I know for a fact I would never buy this bag. Even if it was dirt cheap, I’d probably never buy it. It is an adorable bag to have for the Spring and Summer months. It features so many different colors that you can wear almost anything with it.

The only feature I don’t like about this bag is that it maybe colorful, but it does look like someone took a marker and just doodled all over the bag. The bag looks prettier from far away than up close. The marker doodling makes the bag look a little cheesy but overall it’s a cute bag to add to any handbag collection!

The Totally Turnlock Faridah is no stranger to us (and possibly one of our favorite MbMJ styles).

Besides the numerous pockets, the smooshy thick-pebbled leather, and the fact that it’s extremely spacious, I adore the variety of colors this handbag comes in.

This time around, the kicking hues of Blue Violet and Spinach are two more color options you can pick for your Faridah bag. Personally, I’m absolutely attracted to both colors I can’t decide which I like best!

The Blue Violet tone would match wonderfully with my winter wardrobe of darks and denims but that Spinach Green is simply stunning as well.

I guess I’m so attracted to these two as the squishy leather texture with the kick of bold colors brings back enticing memories of my favorite Play Doh picks as a kid. Ahh… good memories!
