It’s that time again! Another week and another Rebecca Minkoff bag for me to write about. This time, I feel like Mrs. Minkoff’s team has been reading my posts and now their answering my prayers! Finally, another bag black leather bag with gold hardware for me to drool about. I can’t buy any bags at the moment but seeing that color combination together makes me melt! I don’t know what it is but I have an absolute obsession with the color combination of black and gold. It looks elegant, fashionable and sharp! Right up my alley!

Just about every week I bring you another fabulous design by Rebecca Minkoff and this week is no different. Mrs. Minkoff has released another handbag that is making me drool and it’s the “Love Spell“. What a great name for a bag! It definitely put me in a love spell when I saw it and now I want it! Oh, Mrs. Minkoff release this in black with gold hardware I’m sure it would be a hit! At least it would be with me!
Obviously, what caught my eye about this bag was the ostrich-embossed leather which seems to be everywhere these days? I saw Michael Kors release handbags, shoes and accessories in the ostrich-embossed leather and I wasn’t that much of a fan of it. Michael Kors is one of my favorite designers but he released the collection in very vibrant colors. I’m not a colorful person so of course I wasn’t a fan. Now Rebecca Minkoff’s take on ostrich-embossed leather is fabulous! Not bright and more practical to match when it comes to wardrobe choices.

Rebecca Minkoff has been reinventing her collection lately. I am loving all of the fresh, new styles! For her Spring 2012 Collection, she is bringing back fringe, stripes, and (you guessed it) studs! As you know, I am especially partial to studs on handbags. It’s no surprise then that my favorite new piece is the Rebecca Minkoff Moonstruck Hobo!

I’m definitely one of the women that loves fashionable travel bags. I also really like when a carry on bag and suitcase match. Mine don’t but I sure would love it if they did. At the moment I currently have a Diane von Furstenberg carry on bag. I’ve had it for about 2 years now and it still looks pretty new despite being used a lot. The only reason I bought it was because I got an amazing deal on it. When you find a cute bag that was once over $300 for $70, you tend to jump at it especially when you desperately need a travel bag. Now that I’ve seen the Rebecca Minkoff “Wheelie” Travel Bag, I’m in love!

Man, I feel like every week I’m bringing you another piece from Rebecca Minkoff! This has practically turned into “Marissa’s weekly Rebecca Minkoff pick”. Each week I write about another fabulous piece Mrs. Minkoff has designed and this week is no different. Today I bring you, the “Desire” Satchel with Woven Trim. It’s classy, gorgeous and sophisticated. I love the Balenciaga “City” bags but I’ve never been able to purchase one. The “Desire” kind of reminds me of the “City” bag, but with more of fabulous vibe to it. Plus, the price makes me like it a whole lot better!

I’m convinced Rebecca Minkoff is the queen of designing handbags. Everything she designs is beautiful and worth the money. I just discovered her a few years ago and she’s already at the top of my list of favorite designers. Lately, every single bag she releases I instantly fall in love with it. Now, I’m swooning over the “Stunned” Jess Bag! It’s small, keeps me organized and perfect for those days when I’m in a rush and don’t want to carry much.

A few years ago I saw a picture of Kristin Cavallari carrying a gorgeous satchel. It was either white or pink but it was stunning. I remember she was wearing sweats but the bag was the star of the picture. It was a bag that really caught your eye. I searched high and low trying to find out who the designer was and one day I saw a thread on the forum about the Rebecca Minkoff “Morning After” Bag. Talk about falling in love so quickly with a designer I had never heard of before. Unfortunately, the bag was out of my price range but it was on my wish list for quite sometime.
