Tory Burch Handbags & Purses

I couldn’t help but point out some designer accessories sporting some of the trendiest animal prints you could find right now. I never thought I could actually call a search for the perfect animal print handbag to add to my collection, but within the past couple of months, I can honestly say that I’m hunting for one, just haven’t found it yet.
Woah baby! How adorable is that Leopard Baby Bag? FYI, it’s by Rebecca Minkoff. When I think baby bag, I picture fun, quirky colors and prints that you normally wouldn’t fit into your everyday wardrobe and this would definitely fit into that category. Yes it’s a bit busy but I’m completely loving the look, and of course you can’t get any funkier than raspberry leopard!
When I was in high school I can remember all of the girls, including myself, loving small handbags. The most popular one’s were the Louis Vuitton “Monogram” Pochette and Coach “Signature Khaki” Demi. Back then we were all so excited to get anything that was designer, no matter how big it was. Now I look back, and I think what did I fit into those teeny tiny bags? All I buy now are handbags that are spacious, but sometimes I do come across some little designer bags that I think are adorable! The Tory Burch “Reva” Clutch may be small, but it sure is stunning!
What caught my eye about the “Reva” Clutch was how amazing the golden hardware looks with the brown leather. Even the Tory Burch logo that is featured on the exterior of the handbag looks amazing on the leather. The only downfall about the bag is that it is really tiny. It’s so tiny, that I’m not even sure what you can fit in it. The most you can probably put in this clutch is your cell phone, compact, lips gloss and some cash. Small or not, this bag would be an amazing evening bag.
The Tory Burch “Reva” Clutch can be purchased at Nordstrom for $350. The price does seem a little pricey for a bag you can’t fit much it, but it definitely is gorgeous.

Some handbags just compliment each other nicely. Although these two designer pieces aren’t exactly replicas of each other, if you pay close attention to the number of similarities they have in common, it’s enough to have these two pieces battle it out against each other.
First up is the famous Nikki hobo with a twist of bohemian chic in it. It’s the Supernova Stud Nikki by Rebecca Minkoff. Pebbled leather, studded banding throughout the sides, and a comfy flat shoulder strap all found on this famous hobo bag. It’s a favorite among many Minkette’s and one of the latest pieces to the Rebecca Minkoff collection.
Now for its match, to the left is the Efram Hobo bag by Tory Burch. Distressed leather, studs running at the sides, a single flat shoulder strap and of course, the familiar hobo silhouette. They’re both newbie’s within their line, except that the Studded Nikki made its debut a couple of months earlier than the Efram hobo. The Nikki measures in at 14” x 19” x 4” while Tory’s hobos dimensions are 14” x 18” x 4”. Price wise, the Efram hobo costs $550, while the Studded Nikki retails for $650.
Ladies, whats your input on these hobos and most importantly, which one is your favorite? You can find these hobo bags online through: shopbop
The Chat: Rebecca Minkoff vs Tory Burch!

I’ll admit, I am not normally a fan of Tory Burch handbags. But when I saw this clutch, my feelings quickly started to change. It’s called the Tory Burch Printed Canvas Clutch.
What I think I like most about this clutch is the rich patent leather combined so beautifully with brightly printed canvas. I love how the shades of deep blue and mustard yellow seem to dance right in front of your eyes. Plus, I love the clean edges, giving this clutch a simple and elegant shape. It’s magnetic clasp allows for quick and easy access to the interior, while the exterior zipper pocket provides a handy place to keep your keys.
This clutch looks like it would be perfect for summer, I can see it pairing nicely with a cotton sundress and flip-flops. How does everyone else feel? If you’re interested, the Tory Burch Printed Canvas Clutch can be found at Saks Fifth Avenue. It measures 14″ x 18″ x 1″ and it retails for only $250!

Tory Burch Betty Tote
As we enter the last weeks of October, Halloween themed stuff is practically everywhere. Shades of orange and blacks line everything from the local shops to the décor found in the comfort of my own home. It seems like the All-American fashion designer Tory Burch is feeling that same Halloween spirit as well; just take a look at the newly released Betty Tote. Talk about perfect timing in releasing this design, as I can’t really imagine this tote being up for sale in any other given month. Yes that would exclude the sales rack of course! It’s laminated, its studded, and would compliment any dark Halloween costume, perfectly! But what happens once November comes along and as the year goes by as well? Would you seriously carry this tote say, in April? I most definitely wouldn’t. So for a bag that would sit most of its life in the back of my closet, I think I’ll take my $375 and invest them elsewhere. Or, I can buy myself an extremely expensive and fashionable Trick-Or-Treat bag! Ladies, what’s your input on the Betty Tote, do you love it, or should this style be left to the witches instead?

Tory Burch Lip Tote
Now here’s a fun and unexpectedly different bag! No, I didn’t find this at my local thrift shop; it’s actually a piece by a well-known American fashion designer whose known for her chic bohemian style. Meet the Lip Tote, no… not by Betsey Johnson, but by Tory Burch instead! What a great name for the bag, don’t ya’ll agree? Magenta hued suede lines the body of the bag, and sparkling crystals form an oversized figure of lips! Seriously, would any of you gals wear this? Unless you seek to be the envy of preteens, or if you’re the age of twelve I can’t picture any true Bagista’s sporting this tote. Is this piece horrible? Not really. It’s definitely eye-catching, but I feel like I could totally design a similar version of this tote at home using cellphone “bling” and a hot glue gun! Just in case you are interested in this extra-girly retro piece, you can find it over at Saks (dot com), but I must warn you fanatics, the Lip Tote does carry a steep price tag of $375! Love the tote but hate the price? I suggest you wait until it lands in the clearance section, or you can express your inner creativity and Do-It-Yourself at home.

Tory Burch Signature Katherine Tote
You may have noticed lately that Tory Burch’s handbags have been nothing but wild prints and bright colors. But what’s this? A relatively plain Tory Burch tote? It seems almost too good to be true. Actually, it just might be.
The new Tory Burch Signature Katherine Tote appeared to me, at first glance, to be made of nylon (perhaps its the color). However, the tote is actually made of pebbled leather and is accented with screw head studs and detailed straps. What confuses me though is that this bag is called the SIGNATURE Katherine Tote. Signature? Hmm, I’m not seeing it. The square that surrounds the flap pocket in the front almost looks like one of those square scarves with the border all the way around it. I guess if you squint, it sort of looks like a T. But perhaps that it just me trying to make something out of nothing.
The Tory Burch Signature Katherine Tote measures 15″ x 18″ x 6″ and features a flap pocket on the front and a zippered pocket on the back. It retails for $595. Yes, this bag is made of leather. But compared to the typical Tory Burch tote bag, it seems a bit expensive. You can check it out over at shopbop.com.
