I have such a sweet tooth for Judith Leiber’s cupcake minaudiere clutch, but there is just no way that I would ever fork over $4,295 for a clutch, that adorable as it may be, I just know that I would never wear it.

Then I discovered the keyfob minature cupcake version! Adorable. The only thing that I worry about with any crystal-paved accessory is the wear. Especially if we’re talking about a keyfob, an accessory that will most likely, on numerous occasions, be shuffled around in your bag, dropped on the ground or even tossed on the counter. I would just be worried that after a couple months or so the crystals would pop off. Although I’m sure if I had this in my collection, it would be designated for special occasions only.

Every year you can always count on the Metallic handbag trend around the Fall / Winter season. It’s one of those trends that refuses to die, it’s like stuck on a repeat schedule. This time around she presents to us an exotic that has been seen from time to time in the world of handbags, and we’re not just talking animal print here, instead, it’s an entire miniature model of a zebra. There is nothing to dislike about this daintily resting zebra clutch, other than the fact that you’re limited to what you can carry along for the night.

When you think about it in those terms, what fun is there in obtaining a piece that better serves décor than a bag? The only conclusions I can draw to that would be that if you have whooping $5,000 to invest on a one-of-a-kind, collector’s piece, then why the heck not?
