A very pretty new purse from Juicy Couture just hit the shelves over at Saks Fifth Avenue. The name of this new Fall ‘08 piece - The Luxe Medallion Bowler Bag.
The bag, which of course is made in Juicy Couture’s signature Velour fabric in a new quilted piping design features brushed silver hardware, zip top closure, double inside pockets, new signature crown print lining, and is topped off with the signature draped chain and monogram accent. Measurements: 14.5″ width X 8.5″ height X 8.5″ depth. Price: $275.00

The handbag designers over at Burberry must read BagBliss + TBF, to have concluded this awesome 2-in-1 design. What’s so amazing about the 2/1 thing is that it’s the type of style that’s perfect for day-to-night action. Say you’re using the tote as a day bag, but you really want to change your accessory look before going out after work, or whatever, and you’re too busy to go home and change your bag… simply “Roll Up” your tote and you’re set…
Also worth noting, is the lovely sparkle added to the print. I love the hint of Lurex, it adds that subtle sparkle to the classic check..

At first glance you would think that this is an ordinary single compartment hobo, but in fact the criss-cross design functions as double compartments. (awww).
The Chrystie hobo comes in the 3 cool version: bronze, classic but fabulous black, and (omg pretty) smoke purple. The price, $695
Looking for the Christie? There’s a couple of places online that sell this line, although at some places it’s selling out fast. Just in at RevolveClothing, it’s the Beau tote by Rebecca Minkoff. It measures a spacious 13″ width x 14″ height x 5″ depth (Double handle measures 20″ with a 7.5″ drop) and features a zip top closure, couple inner pockets and feet. Right now it’s only available in black.
So I just noticed something. Over at REVOLVE clothing they have 2 sections “Anna Corinna” and “Foley + Corinna”.
In the Anna Corinna section they have just a couple Jet Setters and Citys, but in the F+C area they have the whole line.. I wonder why they divided them up

Native New Yorker, now Hong Kong based designer Fiona Kotur Marin founded Kotur, the retro-glamour luxury accessory brand, in 2004, after discovering a vast treasure trove of decorative vintage fabric woven by European Couture Houses during the 60’s and 70’s.
Her background experience comes from designing accessories for Polo Ralph Lauren, Gap, and collaborating with long time friend, Tory Burch when launching her line.
She may have started out in the beginning by creating truely one-of-a-kind limited edition vintage brocade clutches, but since then she has added incredible exotics, metals, shells, lucite and rattan and has expanded her collection to include gorgeous minaudieres, everyday bags, work totes and evening clutches.
