Christian Dior Cell Phone
What type of cell phone do you Bagista’s carry? In the past couple of years, high-end designers have followed the fad of releasing cellular phones made exclusively to trademark their brand. Some infamous couture designers who have followed this trend include, Dolce & Gabanna, Prada, Gucci, Chanel, and now, French designer Christian Dior who has recently released its own piece of couture technology.

This sleek phones most obvious trait is Christian Dior’s Cannage design featured throughout the entire cellphones’ exterior. More features found on the Dior phone includes a Mini Camera, touch screen display and an extender for your phone that is meant to clip onto a woman’s handbag, or better yet, a woman’s Christian Dior handbag. A set retail price hasn’t been released for the Dior phone, but a limited edition diamond encrusted “My Dior� phone’s will be available for retail price tag of $5,000!!!

So what do you Bagista’s think about Dior’s cellular phone? Do you find this phone to be amazing, rare and a great investment (that’s if you have the 5K to drop on a cellphone) or do you find this product to be incredibly useless, since, it’s really just a cellphone?

The Limited Louis Vuitton Fabrizio Plessi Epi Bag
Earlier this month Louis Vuitton opened up their new largest flapship store over in Hong Kong. For the new store, artist Fabrizio Plessi (a pioneer in video art in Europe), decorated Hong Kong’s new store with huge LED screens that feature molten gold cascading along side golden fixtures & walls. That’s not all for Fabrizio Plessi. The artist even collaborated with LV to create the Plessi digital bag (pictured above). Done in black epi leather, the bag has an LCD screen showing images of the same molten gold image through a cutout LV logo.

This bag is obviously a collectors item, reserved for only the rich and famous. This purse retails for (get ready,) a staggering $50,000 (us).

If your average purse budget can’t afford this limited edition style, don’t get your hopes up, Louis Vuitton has the almost identical Sac Plat tote in black Epi for only $1,290 over @ eluxury

… I really do mean almost identical. Pretty much it’s the same Louis Vuitton sac plat minus being touched by Fabrizio and featuring the LCD screen, also of course the price is hugely different.

I really like the Sac Plat style. It’s a great everyday style. It’s the orginal shopping companion. The Sac Plat was created back in 1968, it was the first bag by Louis Vuitton dedicated to shopping. The size measures in at 14.3″ x 14.9″ x 3.5″. Which is ideal for shopping. Who wants a bulgy bag getting in their way?

Okay, imagine yourself in this senerio:
You’re at work and your boss just kept giving you things to do because she wanted everything finished before the end of the day. And, of course, all you wanted to do was hurry up, get done, and get out of there. Why? You have a hot date tonight (or perhaps a long looked forward to night out with the girls)! Introducing: Louis Vuitton iphone Designer Case
Not for just any little piece of technology. Louis Vuitton is getting ready to roll out a whole line of designer cases that are just the right size for Apple’s new iPhone. Which only makes sense in that everyone and their mom seems to be sporting the new phone that was released only days ago, so naturally you will need a new case for your phone to fit snuggle in.

The new LV signature cases range from $225 for the basic logo canvas and go on up to $1,120 for an alligator version. The cases will be available in a couple days from July 16 at Vuitton’s Fifth Avenue flagship store, and nationwide when October rolls around.
