Last night the stars were out in honor of Tinsel Town’s leading ladies, at Elle’s 17th Annual ‘Women in Hollywood’ Tribute at The Four Seasons Hotel.
Pictured above is beauty Kate Hudson (wearing Prabal Gurung) with beau, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy. And do you see that pretty little silver purse sitting on the table? For the event, she carried her Kara Ross NY Gemma B in Silver Foil Python with Hematite.
Kate Hudson was spotted strolling the streets of West Village, the western portion of the Greenwich Village neighborhood in New York City, last week. Perched proudly on her shoulder is her infamous Louis Vuitton Antheia Hobo. The actress has been spotted carrying the bag on several occasions since the handbag’s release in February of this year. But, hey, who could blame her? The bag is simply stunning! It seems Louis Vuitton has been having a thing for hobos lately, but this one is by far the most beautiful. The Louis Vuitton Antheia Hobo features an ornate embroidered Monogram pattern. The lambskin leather is soft, supple, and luxurious. The style comes in two different sizes (PM and GM), but it looks like Kate’s bag is the larger size. It also appears that Kate’s bag is the color called Fumee, which is a beautiful smokey gray color. However, this collection is also available in Caramel, Olive, and Frambroise (all of which are equally gorgeous!).

Bride Wars star, Kate Hudson, was spotted heading out for a girls’ night out (sorry A-Rod!) wearing one of this season’s hottest trends — over-the-knee boots. Paired with those black suede beauties were a pair of broken-in jeans and an over-sized, boat-neck top. Her outfit is actually pretty casual for the occasion. But what really caught my eye was her Alexander McQueen Faithful Large Tote! This biker-chic tote looks heavenly with her outfit and it seems perfect for the occasion. I think Kate made an excellent choice! The asymmetrical, zippered and flap pockets give this bag such a unique look. Plus I really like the glazed black leather paired with the pewter color hardware. I can understand why Kate’s outfit is so simple and casual, this bag is such a huge statement piece! I also think this bag would look awesome paired with a black dress, leggings, and ankle boots.

Fashion on Film: Bride Wars
Every once in a while, Hollywood graces us with a movie that provides us fashionistas with stunning fashion and enviable style to drool over. The characters are like walking advertisements for the most famous designers. The last movie that I can remember of this stature was “The Devil Wears Prada.” I watched it again recently, and a couple of years later I still love the haute fashion worn in the movie. The next movie for us to look forward to with fabulous fashion is Bride Wars. This movie isn’t based on anything fashion related…but more like brides and weddings, but it features to of Hollywood’s hottest and trendiest actresses, Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson. I have seen some on the scene shots from this movie and the outfits and accessories are tres chic.
The above picture features a shot from the movie featuring Anne and Kate. They are both carrying two extremely cute bags. Anne’s bag is the Coach Gigi Leather Tote. I found it on Coach.com for $658. Anne’s bag is in the walnut color and also comes in camel and black. It features turnlock details and vintage leather. This bag is roomy and chic and is the perfect everyday bag. It also comes in great colors that can go with almost any outfit.
Kate’s bag is the Tod’s T Bag tote. It features black patent leather and large front pockets that give it a funky appeal. It’s large and roomy and gives your outfit that extra spunk. I found it on saks.com for $1,500. This bag definitely makes Kate’s character look like a stylish diva.
I can’t wait until Bride Wars comes out, not just because I love these actresses but because they give us high expectations of what type of fashion we can look forward to. This should definitely be a fashionista film.

Fendi | B. Bag Canvas Shoulder Bag | View!
This B. Fendi Canvas Shoulder Bag is one of my favorites from the collection. On this fabulous canvas shoulder bag version of the B. Bag collection the fabric slightly comes together to create a ruched effect. Also can’t forget about those two Fendi Signature oversized buckles – widely recognized around the fashion globe to all fashionistas – I love it.
I am aware that this bag is different from the one pictured below on Kate Hudson. I try to find bags similar or from the same collection if not identical to the ones pictured on the celebs.
