Last week, I bought myself the Louis Vuitton Damier Speedy 30 Bandouliere at the Neiman Marcus here in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It’s a bag I wanted for quite sometime and I was so happy that I was able to buy it myself. I’ve used it every single day since I’ve had it and I love it to pieces. Now I’m on a mission to find a beautiful black leather bag with gold hardware that I can’t live without. I’ve looked at Louis Vuitton but unfortunately they don’t have anything that fits what I want in a black handbag. However, when I saw the Prada Saffiano Promenade Bag I think I may have found a winner. The Prada Saffiano bags are always drop dead gorgeous but this one is simply breathtaking. The structure and simple style of the bag are stunning and would fit my style perfectly. The bag exudes sophistication and is incredibly classy. I know if I bought this bag I would use it all year long. Black handbags are always in style and perfect for any season and outfit. They’re elegant and anything goes with black making it the perfect handbag to own.
Aussie model and Victoria’s Secret Angel Miranda Kerr was spotted at the airport in Sydney over the weekend. Accompanied by her son, Flynn, she was returning to her hometown where her family resides. Both were dressed in comfy clothing, baby in little sweat pants and mom in a pair of skinny leather pants and a loose fitting tee. What grabbed my attention though was the bag slung over Miranda’s shoulder. That is no baby bag! It’s the Alexander Wang Diego Bucket Bag!
Here’s proof that past season handbags still have potential to rock your wardrobe. It’s Miranda Kerr, one of my favorite Victoria’s Secret models enjoying a day out in New York City. Other than her casual yet feminine look and her extra perfect face, I noticed a past season Prada hanging off the crook of her arm, it’s the Glace Zip Bowler. It’s such an adorable Prada bag, there’s no need to stash it away in your closet just because it made its debut a couple of years ago. It appears to be a pretty comfortable satchel with its luscious Italian calf leather and oversized rolled top handles. I never imagined a handbag with mixed hardware would look so good, just take a look at how this satchel sports chunky gold hardware with silver features too. Notice the hefty silver plaque found right up front? I like how it’s adds character and the perfect amount of bling to the satchel, plus, the mirror-like plate can serve for quick touch-ups as well!
