While at the “Saints and Sinners” masquerade party at the Empire, Blair was dressed in a sexy lingerie-esque dress and carrying the gorgeous sunburst Waxy clutch in python by Carlos Falchi.

The bag is constructed of python in a matte waxy finish and topped off with an opulent jeweled sunburst adornment. Pretty gorgeous, huh?
