Mint is one of my favorite colors. It’s bright, pretty and perfect for Spring. Just today I was at the mall searching for a mint blazer. Unfortunately, I found one that was beautiful but of course it wasn’t my size so I shall keep looking for one. As soon as I got home, I came across the Rebecca Minkoff Wicker Woven Studded Honey Clutch and almost died of a fashion heart attack. It’s by far the most beautiful mint colored accessory I’ve seen in 2013. Even during my mall trip today I stopped by another department store to see if I could find a mint accessory and again I was unsuccessful. Mint is such a popular color these days isn’t?

Obsessed: Alexander Wang Dumbo Clutch

Not exactly sure what’s in the name for this one, but nonetheless the ‘Dumbo’ clutch is one to be treasured. The Dumbo is as simple as it gets, which is what I personally look for in a day clutch. Basic spacious rectangular design with a side slip handle (love this look!). It’s a fantastic way to carry just the essentials like your wallet, keys, cellphone and lipstick. During the week just toss this clutch in your school bag or work tote then when you’re on your break or run a quick errand just grab and go.

For a girl that carries a lot of junk in her everyday bags, I’m obsessed with evening bags and clutches. Perhaps maybe because they keep me a little more organized and prevent me from carrying my whole makeup collection in them. In all seriousness, if someone gave me the choice to carry a large satchel or a small evening bag that’s 1/10 of the size of the satchel I’d still pick the evening bag. I love that they are so small, compact and they usually have amazing detail on them. Speaking of bags with amazing detail, I’m currently obsessed with the Kotur “Margo” Lace Minaudiere. It’s pink, it has lace and it’s small so it’s safe to say that I really want it!

Every month, I write about my favorite Judith Leiber handbag of the moment. I feel like every time I write I state that “this is the cutest” Judith Leiber bag I’ve seen yet. She just keeps designing cuter and cuter bags and there is always one I love! At this very moment, I absolutely love the “Ringaling” Rotary Phone Minaudiere. I’m currently in Acting School and I’m studying my butt off so I can eventually move to Los Angeles. When I get my apartment in L.A. this is the type of phone I would want in my place. It doesn’t have to be functional but it sure would be a lovely piece to look at.

Obsessed: Balenciaga Wristlet

This is the ideal on the go clutch. For one, it’s Balenciaga (for some of you that’s the only reason you need), but of course that’s not the only reason why I’m left obsessing over this petite purse. Valentine’s is coming up and pink is in the air! I’m single so I’m not fond of Valentine’s Day but I absolutely love when it comes around because stores are full of pink, which happens to be one of my favorite colors. A lot of designers also come out with Valentine’s Day collections around this time and I love to take a gander at them. One of the stylish items that caught my mind is the Whiting & Davis Charity “Heart” Clutch. It’s cute and perfect to carry around during the month of February.

When I saw the Whiting & Davis Charity “Heart” Clutch my heart instantly smiled. Not only is it adorable but 30% of the proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Fund. Breast Cancer has deeply affected four of my family members and all you can do is hope it never comes back. So many women are affected with Breast Cancer every year and it’s nice to see a designer brand give back and support awareness for it.

If I lived in my own world, I would be dressed up 24/7. I love getting dressed up and going to dinner. It’s one of my favorite things to do. Let’s face it, we don’t wake up and get dolled up to go just anywhere. When we go out for the evening we are usually in one of our favorite dresses, a gorgeous pair of high heels, a pretty clutch, and hair and makeup are always a must. For me, when I go out for the evening one of my favorite clutches will make an appearance. It only comes out for special outings and I suppose that’s because I’m scared of it getting ruined or even stolen. One day, I’ll have a closet full of beautiful evening bags until then I can dream. At the moment, I’m dreaming of the ZAC by Zac Posen “Claudette” Clutch.

CC Skye handbags are cute and I love how the hardware resembles CC Skye jewelry. You know, chunky and with a little bit of edge. So when I saw the Red Carpet Clutch from CC Skye today, it should come as no surprise that I was really excited.

This is such a sweet little clutch. I really like the fat, box clutch styling. It gives it a more casual feel. I also love the pyramid studs clustered on the sides of the clutch. It is a familiar look, yet still a little different. And, of course, I love the black and gold combination. Just like my fellow blogger Marissa, I believe black and gold together is a must-have trend. As with most other CC Skye styles, this clutch has a little bit of edge. I think it would look great paired with your favorite rocker girl-chic look.
