Coach Madison Clutch
Remember my post about the Lockheart Shelby? Normally a fan of pleats, I was really put off by the overly precise tucks and pleats adorning the pockets on the front side of the bag. But did this bag completely ruin that particular style of pleating for me? At first, I thought it had. Then I saw the Coach Madison Gathered Leather Sophia Satchel! This was another bag with precise tucks and pleats. The difference, however, was that they encompassed the entire bag and created a graceful wave-like pattern. Somehow, this seemed much more appealing to me. But perhaps this style of pleating on such a large bag was a bit too much. That’s when my attention turned to the piece you see pictured here. Meet the Coach Madison Gathered Leather Clutch!
This lovely clutch is the appropriate size for such a bold pattern of pleats. You get the look, but you don’t feel so overwhelmed. Even the wave-like pattern was maintained! Gorgeous! This clutch would be perfect for just about any occasion, whether it be a formal affair or a more casual one. Plus the leather looks so touchable and soft! I bet it feels really good to run your fingers over those pleats! My only regret with this clutch is the logo located front and center. It sort of distracts away from the beauty of the clutch. But I suppose it wouldn’t be a Coach bag without a Coach logo.

The clutch is really unique, but I think the black is too boring for me. Does it come in bright colors?
I don’t like this. But my sister does! I was thinking of getting it for her as a xmas present. Is it too early? lol. Anyone think it will hit the sale section?
I can’t get over how elegant and edgy this Coach clutch is! The tucks and pleats are fabulous!

I can’t believe the large gathered shoulder bag costs $1200. It’s so beautiful though, but I don’t think I’ll ever spend 1K on a Coach bag. I could buy two other Coach bags with that money. But gosh I do love the gathered style though. It’s beautiful. And this clutch is no exception. I would love to have the clutch myself, too. Well, I just need to wait for it to go on sale, I guess.
