“You Can’t Fake Fashion Bags” – The partnership began 3 years ago between eBay and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (aka CFDA) offering one-of-a-kind totes customized by 90 (you heard me, 90!) top fashion designers to raise awareness against counterfeit goods.
Time is running out. Less than 15 hours to go ~
Here are a few of my favorites, the most creative of the bunch that I’m following.

There’s a ridiculously awesome sale going on right now over on MyTheresa, featuring over 400 gorgeous designer handbags by favorite name brands like Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Emilio Pucci, Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana and more. Below are a couple of my favorites (only a couple!)..
Givenchy Antigona Clutch. $785 ($1,121)
Adding a high dose of vitamin C is just what the doctor ordered for summer. Love this juicy orange clutch. It will add some life to even the dullest outfit.
Alexander McQueen De Manta Floral Clutch. $368 ($525)
I have a secret obsession with watercoloring. It’s been my long time fascination with this technique that draws me in to this tonal rose watercolor-effect satin clutch by McQueen. Such a beauty!

I never use to like small bags but I have a current obsession with evening bags. I’m not even sure why since I hardly ever go out at night but they sure are stunning to look at. Something about evening bags just catch your eye. Perhaps because the designers put more detail in them or the fact that they look like small pieces of art. The ONE by JJ Winters “Evening Mini” Bag definitely caught my eye and for the price I love it to pieces.
It’s very small with not much width to it. To be honest, I’m not sure what you could possibly fit in this bag without it looking to bulky but it sure is fabulous. The most you could probably fit in it is some credit cards, cash and a cell phone. Anything else would probably stick out.

Weekend giveaway brought to you by Modnique!

Vegan handbag brand MATT & NAT has partnered up with Apple for a capsule collection of laptop bags!
MATT & NAT Founder and Creative Director Inder Bedi says, “From our point of view the APPLE culture is one that appealed to us in terms of their clean, simple and one may say humble aesthetic. We are minimalists at heart and were truly excited to work with a brand that embodies beauty in innovation! As we are still a small company, working with a company we admire that has such great recognition worldwide was very appealing for us to help get our message out.”
There are four bags in the collection, and each piece is made of the signature vegan leather and lined with faux suede material made from recycled plastic bottles.

As you probably already know, October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month. An annual health campaign organized by major breast cancer charities every October to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research to the cause, prevention and cure.
I surfed the web and gathered my favorite top ten products that support the fight against breast cancer:

There’s an event on the horizon! On July 22nd, fresh new handbag designer, Chez by Cheryl, is hosting a trunk show at one of NYC’s top accessories boutiques, Marmi on Madison Avenue. And that’s not all. One of her most loyal fans and Housewives favorite, Teresa Giudice, will be signing copies of her new book, Skinny Italian as well!

Do any of you ladies remember the Jimmy Choo Project Pep Tote? My good ol’ buddy Marissa wrote about it back in October.
To be honest, I felt as though the bag had been ripped on a bit too harshly. After all, the bag was produced for the purpose of benefiting the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
Admittedly, the Jimmy Choo Project Pep Tote is a bit flashy and loud. It is definitely not for the faint of heart. But from what I was reading in the blog comments section, it appeared that there were quite a few people out there that liked the bag and felt that it was donating to a good cause. But what if you liked the bag, but you thought the collage look was just a little too over-the-top for everyday use? Well fear not, my friends!
