Not in New York but craving to take a bite out of fabulous sample sales that are usually reserved for fashion insiders or NYC locals, boy do I have fantastic news. Gilt Group is new to the web, it’s an invitation only sample sale site, featuring deeply discounted highly sought after designer goods, for one-day only, exclusively online. And there is no fee associated with joining!

It’s so crazy! They launched November 13th with a Zac Posen Shopping Event featuring ready to wear and accessories including several styles of Zac’s bags that were going for $500 (purses that are currently selling at department stores for $1100!!). Today the Gilt Groupe is featuring M+J Savitt, and later on this week they will have Madison Harding, and Chaiken. Yesterday was Marchesa! Ooooh my gosh I am so upset with myself. I tuned in too late and missed out on all the gorgeous dresses available in my size. Bummer.
