Tory Burch Reversible (Cherry) Canvas Tote

A couple of years ago, a reputable French couture brand with the collaborating works of a popular Japanese artist, created a fun and vibrant summer collection for the House. It was an instant hit among Vuitton fans, as the limited edition collection sold out quickly. Of course I’m talking about the Cerises collection; a collection that consisted of interlocking smiling cherries found throughout a monogrammed canvas bag. Fast forward a couple of years to present day today, and we can see a similar concept of linked cherry prints on a canvas, meet the Reversible Tote by Tory Burch.

Fruit prints always seem to find their way on accessories during the warm summer seasons, but what happens once the cold weather kicks in? Well Tory Burch has a slight solution that’ll keep your bag rocking, year round. Note the navy blue interior of this cherry bag, simply turn this canvas tote inside out and voila, you practically have a brand new bag. So you get cherries and stems for the warmer climate season, and a navy blue with brown leather shoulder straps tote for the rest of the year; for $195.

I’d say this name brand piece makes quite a bargain. What’s your input on this piece, do you ladies still have a craving for cherries or is this concept simply old news?

I like this bag, but I wouldn’t wear the cherry print passed summer. I like bags that are classic and I can wear more than one season. To me the cherry is just a phase. The blue print would be year round and classic in my opinion. Is it available in a non-reversible style? That one is more me.

Meh. Looks like one of those “Say no to plastic” bags.

I would love to see the reversed side of this tote. It looks like it would make great staple. Although the cherry print isn’t ideal for an interior print.

Another reversible tote. Uhg. I’m not a fan of this. The blue side yes, but who would want a cherry print interior? I don’t understand the fascination with 2 in 1 designs. Just get 2 bags!

I just ordered this bag for my sister. She loves the cherry design and 2-in-1 feature.

Is there a Tory Burch logo anywhere on this? I love her little decal and this tote. But it doesn’t look like it has it on there.

I think this look is totally over. I hate the difficulty of cleaning this fabric. I also feel that it’s been done before, and it’s been done better.

Another amazing bag by Tory Burch. She’s a beautiful and talented designer who makes bags (and of course shoes) that women love and can wear more than just one season. Real bags for real women.
