Alexander Wang Azure Emile Satchel
Call it Azure or call it Cobalt it’s everywhere at the moment! Everywhere I look I see this gorgeous color of blue and I can’t keep my eyes off of it. I don’t even normally wear blue but I feel like the fashion industry is shoving it down my throat. Every designer is in on this blue trend and they have a reason to be, it’s beautiful!
The “Emile” by Alexander Wang looks absolutely stunning in Azure. As always, I can do without the shoulder strap but as a satchel it’s one fine looking bag. What I love most about the “Emile” is its odd looking shape. I could be wrong, but I don’t ever recall seeing a bag shaped like this and the bright color helps it pop out more.
This would definitely be a fun bag to own for the upcoming Spring and Summer seasons. Right now, if you follow trends, everything seems to be a bit dark but we’re starting to see bright colors for next year. I’m not that big of a fan of the whole Tango Tangerine color, but anything in Azure or Cobalt seems to catch my eye. This is a color we’ve seen before and it was immensely popular then. It’s not too bright not to dark but just the right amount of blue to make anything look gorgeous. A+!
You can purchase the Alexander Wang “Emile” Satchel at Shop Bop for $975.

Not 100% on the color and the shape looks of to me. Not my style.
Guys you should go see this bag in person. The top of this bag isn’t so stiff like in this stalk image. It’s really actually quite lovely in person.
I want this bag but not in this color. Wanting an army green!
I have this bag in a canvas-y material.. not sure what exactly it’s called. I wore it like everyday during the warmer season, but now it’s tucked away until next year.
Love the color, but that’s a big bag for such a short handle. At some point, holding it would be cumbersome. I say half that size in the same color.
