Alexander Wang Eugene Bag
Alexander Wang is currently one of my favorite handbag designers. His designs are classic, beautiful and sophisticated. They are pretty timeless too, because they’re the type of bags that will never go out of style. Kind of like a Louis Vuitton no matter what day, week or year you buy a “Speedy” handbag it’s never ever going to go out of style. The “Speedy” has been in style for years and it will always be one of Louis Vuitton’s iconic handbags. Alexander Wang is basically the same type of designer. No matter what he creates it’s always going to be in style for years to come.
When I saw the “Eugene” Satchel I was intrigued. I loved the bag, I just wasn’t fond of the color. I personally think it would look better in black, but then again I think every handbag looks better in black. I liked that it was different from Wang’s other handbags. Still beautiful but not as classy as his other pieces. It was as if he took a more casual look to this handbag and I dig it. For some odd reason, it reminds me of a fashionable bag you would take camping with you, if no bears were in the vicinity of course.
Featuring zippers all over the handbag kind of reminded me of a bag you would put your lunch in, perhaps that’s why camping came to my mind. Overall, it is a gorgeous bag. Very different than what we would normally see from Wang but still beautiful. Like I said, handbags from Alexander Wang are here to stay forever and the “Eugene” is one of them.
You can purchase the Alexander Wang “Eugene” Satchel at Shop Bop for $795.

It does have that rugged look to it, but I would never think of taking this bag camping
This is like one fabulous camera bag.
I am not a fan of Alexander Wang’s handbags, but I do like this one. I even like the color. My only issue is the handles. I don’t even think that they would fit in the crook of the arm.
