Badgley Mischka Melissa Satchel

Around this time of the year, blues prompt the ambiance of summers and cruise. Although we’re use to seeing the nautical stripes and fabric rich totes – who said a lush leather satchel can’t play the part. I’m a big fan of the satchel as a whole. It’s full appearance and extra roomy interior always provides the best arm candy throughout the day and night.

As I came across the Melissa Chain Strap Turn lock satchel, I was immediately drawn to many of its wonderful features.

The ocean blue leather is mysteriously attractive as it is eye catching. This dark hue would make a great alternative to the average black or grey handbag that are most popularly seen floating around. Of course you can’t neglect its most obvious feature of hefty gold hardware as the choice of yellow metal contrasts wonderfully against the dark supple leather. But it’s that centered piece that feeds us a modern interpretation of the classic turn lock that greatly luster’s this Badgley Mischka Platinum piece as a whole. Wrap around belted straps and uniformed studs accent this satchel and by detaching the chained strap off this piece, you’ll be able to tone down the mass quantity of metal a couple of notches.

I totally love this bag, although, I’d prefer a brighter color for spring/summer.

It looks like the stepchild of an Hermes Birkin. I’m on the fence.

Wow this bag is smokin hot! The leather is the first thing I always look at, then the hardware. This one looks so squishy and the hardware is fab!
