Meredith Wendell Duffel
Meredith and Wendell German founded Meredith Wendell in 2008. All handbags are crafted in Florence Italy using Italian leathers and feature handmade American glass accents. In her childhood, Meredith spent a great deal of time around the famous West Virginia Greenbrier hotel with it’s Dorothy Draper designed interiors. Her love of color is referenced within elements of her bags. As a lover of art glass, I appreciate this incorporation of pure color!
The small duffle bag offered by Net-A-Porter is stylish and affordable. At $595, you’ll be hard pressed to find another Italian leather bag produced in Florence with such attention to detail. Rich black leather is accented with white stitching shows great craftsmanship. Semi-rolled handles for comfort with a detachable shoulder strap that is long enough to be a cross-body on some offers versatility to the owner. Designer stamped neon green sheet pops against the black background. Silver zipper pull and strap hardware provide interesting details.
A roomy interior lined in black twill with an internal zip fastening pocket finish out this bag. It has plenty of room as its size is 11″ x 6″ x 6″ with a 4″ handle drop. You’ll simply love this bag from this emerging designer. It’s distinctive design and quality construction will enable you to carry it daily and have a little fun doing so!

This kinda looks like a lower end brand.. like one sold at Macys or Target.
I think that bag is really cute but not with the contrast stitching.
I can’t get into this brand. Too expensive for what you get.
