Milly Victoria Bag
When it comes to Milly handbags, I normally give them no more than a passing glance. It isn’t that I have anything against the brand. In fact, I often find myself admiring the clothing pieces. It’s just that the handbag line never seems to have that same spark I often associate with the clothing line. The colors are typically neutral and the shapes are nothing special, completely unlike the clothing. But I came across this lovely bag today and I think it has convinced me to give Milly another chance where handbags are concerned. Introducing the Milly Victoria Medium Tote!
So what was it that initially catch my eye? Well obviously it had to be the gorgeous color! I just love the royal blue, it really pops and it reminds me of my favorite blue — cobalt! It’s so refreshing too, a far cry from the neutral tones I have seen on so many other Milly handbags. Yet it isn’t so bold that you can’t wear it year round. Plus it looks awesome with the gold tone clasp and hardware! I am also loving the shape. It is simple and structured, making for a great classic look. The top is open, with a concealed flap to help keep the sides together. It opens up pretty wide too, perfect for those of you who like easy access accessories. Measuring only 13 inches long, this is not a terribly large handbag. I think the size is perfect for a satchel though. Nothing is worse than having to hold a big heavy bag in your hand for long periods of time. It’s best to keep satchels on the smaller side. And if your hands still get tired, this handbag also features a removable shoulder strap. Perfect for those shopping trips when you have your hands full!

I would love this bag in a gray
When did she start making handbags? Does she have a shoe line too?

I'm not completely familiar with the Milly brand but I like this bag. It has nice hardware and a great shape. Very nice~
