Rebecca Minkoff Quilted Studded Affair
I have really enjoyed having my Rebecca Minkoff Affair. It’s the circle quilt one with the flat round studs. I get so many compliments! My only gripe is the flap closure. I love the look of flap closures, but the Affair has a magnetic button that secures the flap. Since the chain strap is attached to the bag via the flap, I often find my bag popping open if things are getting jolted a little bit (i.e. when I swing it up to put it on my shoulder). It’s annoying. But my problem might be partly due to my constant over stuffing of the bag. Whoops.
Despite this little glitch, I don’t think I would be deterred from acquiring a second one. I mean, just look at the Rebecca Minkoff Studded Affair! This latest version features a diamond quilt, contrast piping trim, and pointy studs. Gorgeous! It completely changes the look of this style. It has a great vintage feeling to it. This is especially true for the natural/black combination you see here. It would look so chic paired with a little black dress. Or pair it with some sleek black dress pants for a very professional look!

I have the black quilted version and wear it just about every day and I totally agree with your about the strap and weight of the bag. It doesn’t bother me too much, unless it’s raining or windy out.
