Most of us are still feeling the heat waves across the nation with some areas still getting struck with three-digit temperatures. This imported piece is large and has a whole lot of hair going on… merino shearling that is. Vegetable-tanned smooth suede leather is covered with plush shearling pelt throughout, creating a large over-the-shoulder silhouette that’s characterized as comfortable, roomy and with much slouch. Until the weather changes to bitter cold, I say that much pelt should stay on a jacket or on footwear, but in comparison to other furry handbags, this one doesn’t look too muppet-ish or questionable on if it’s-still-alive or not (we all know someone who jumps to that question). Being an accessory that is flaunted only a couple of weeks a year (unless you live in the Arctic’s), the asking price of $1,250 is quite steep on my thought.
