Indianapolis, Indiana University is expecting a 6.8 million dollar check from handbag designer Vera Bradley! The designer is donating the lump sum to help fund the I-U Breast Cancer Research Program which is aimed at detecting and providing treatment for Breast Cancer.
The Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer was founded in 1998 after a very dear friend lost her courageous battle with this disease. Patricia Miller and Barbara Bradley Baekgaard focus directly on providing financial support to the critical research needed to understand and eradicate breast cancer.

i dont have any vera bradley bags. went to their site – cute patterns. i think i should get some luggage :) or maybe plan a trip.
