Candid snapshot of the pretty little Hilary Duff in LA on two separate occasions with her fabulous Balenciaga oversized cutch. I feel a little bad for posting that super ugly pic of Hilary Duff last Monday so I was determined to find a more glamorous snapshot of this rising celebrity.
