Bottega Veneta Cigar Intrecciato Paglia Boston Purse

modeling bottega veneta handbag: Bottega Veneta Cigar Intrecciato Paglia Boston Purse
There’s nothing like a great neutral handbag in an ultra classic shape. That’s why I absolutely love the latest version of the Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Paglia Boston Tote! What I like most about this bag is the interesting spin Bottega Veneta has placed on their signature woven leather style. If you take a closer look, you will find that tonal raffia has been incorporated into the weave. This gives the bag a very earthy feel, but without looking too hippie-ish. In fact, I think this bag would be perfect for everyday use.

Perhaps you could even use it for work as well, it certainly is big enough. I bet a laptop sleeve would easily fit inside, with room to spare! So if you’re looking to invest in a timeless piece that’s perfect for work or play, I would definitely check out the Bottega Veneta Boston Woven Leather Tote!

And if you’re looking for a new uptown look, simply pair this lovely bag with some safari-inspired pieces. I think the bag looks especially chic paired with the Fendi blouse, shorts, and shoes shown on the model! This look could certainly take you all the way through the spring and summer months.

I have a dumb request, but is there anyone who can help me find a look-for-less. I love the woven detail look, it’s very summer-chic.

    Please help, thanks!

Do these bags ever go on sale? I would love to have this bag, maybe in different color, but that price is way too high for me.

I like this bag but without the raffia mixed in. If it were all leather, than I think it would be a seasonless bag. The raffia detail makes it mostly summer wear.

What an interesting bag! I think I would still prefer something leather, but I can definitely see the appeal of this bag.

Isn’t this bag made of leather?

      • BRS says: - March 16, 2010 at 9:25 pm

Yep, it’s leather with raffia woven in as an accent.

Who are the models shoes by? Anyone? I’m loving the whole look above.

I believe the shoes are by Fendi.

I think this bag is really gorgeous, and will be in style for many years :) I have a few BV handbag in my closet, which I’ve had for over 6 years and their still classic. I would love to add this one to the family.
