What’s better than finding an amazing Carlos Falchi bag at a sample sale price? Carlos Falchi at Tar-jay for under $50. So frugal!

Sunday November 1st the limited edition Carlos Falchi bag collection will hit your neighborhood Target, and will also be available at a click of a mouse away online. Be prepared for all the favorites to get snatched up first! If you’re not there within hours of the doors opening (online as well) you may find that some inventory will sell out fast.

The capsule collection includes his signature hobos, bags, messengers and satchels with prices ranging from $19.99 to $49.99 (compare that to the $1,000-$4,000 for his high-end line). The bags will be slightly less extravagant as his high-end line, which means of course don’t expect to see any of his signature exotic bags there, but rather all synthetic. The line will feature his classic design looks, only made with faux-snake, in jewel tones of teal and purple and also shades of greys, browns and blacks.

Undoubtedly the bags will be amazing. The Brazilian-born designer has been designing breathtaking bags for over 3 decades and is well known for his signature handbags and use of exotic skins, fine leathers and vibrant color combinations.

New to the scene over at Zappos, Carlos Falchi handbags! One beauty in particular that caught my eye is the E/W hobo. What is it about this unstructured style of bag that I love so much?

Basic details of this bag include, yes the amazing slouchy hobo style, perfect for an everyday casual look. This bag also features a hint of exotic with the tiger snake trim on the suede version. Size wise this bag is very spacious. Measures in at 20″ wide x 5 1/2″ deep x 13″ high, which is just the right size to holds your daily necessities: wallet, beauty cosmetic bag, water bottle, sunnies and of course your phone, which finds itself home in one of the interior multifunctional slip pockets. The mouth of the bag is kept secure with the top zip closure. When open reveals a gorgeous floral interior. This light-weight bag also comes with a single shoulder strap, that drops 8 1/2″ length.

Pictured above is the super soft suede version, available in Royal Blue and Mink Beige. I love both colors, but my favorite of the two is that gem blue shade. The color is really just so eye-catching, it will surely add some pop to any wardrobe. Just look at the picture above, how it makes even the plainest weekend-wear outfit, look ultra fabulous!

If suede isn’t your thing, the E/W Slouch is also available in high-gloss patent leather. Without a doubt, this style is rainproof (hah!). This version comes Black and a cheery purple Lavender.

Now for the price range: The patent style retails for $599, and according to Zap’s ticker, there are 3 left in each color. The suede style is going to cost you about a hundred dollars more, but in my opinion, it’s worth the additional. $699 is the price and there’s only 1 left in the Mink and 3 available in the Lavender Purple.

Carlos Falchi Croc Clutch
If you head on over to the Neiman Marcus website, you will be presented with a new ad featuring a gorgeous exotic Croc Clutch by Carlos Falchi. As soon as I visited, I was so drawn to the eye-catching sky blue clutch, which is one of the two colors shown in their advertisement. When I saw this piece, I automatically had thoughts of warm, tropical surroundings. The sky blue is fresh and perfectly fit for the upcoming seasons. I also love the outer crocodile exterior as exotic materials are a hot trend. What’s also wonderful about this piece is the convienient cutout handles so it can easily be carried like a handheld purse.

And of course, this one comes with an out-of-budget price tag of $2,550, for me anyways. So it looks like I won’t be sporting this lovely clutch anytime soon. But it is a normal price tag for an authentic piece made of crocodile skin. And speaking of skin, it comes in three different colors which are sky blue, black and vanilla, which is more of a tan. I think that the sky blue is what makes the clutch eye-catching. The other two shades are a little too boring for my taste. I don’t even think that I would have clicked on the ad if the sky blue purse wasn’t one of the main features. But anyways, the new Croc Clutch is now readily available for order over at Neimans, and would make a great addition to any collection.
