K Karl Lagerfeld Madison Patent Tote

In the world of fashion, Karl Lagerfeld is well known for his collaborations with a variety of projects and designer names. What’s his most notable contribution at the moment? Being head designer over at Chanel, of course. As most are familiar with, Lagerfeld has his own line of luxuries that include fragrances and accessories.
The Madison Patent Black Tote is one of the many pieces for the K Karl Lagerfeld brand. I don’t know how you gals feel about this, but I don’t find this tote all that impressive. It’s typical, dull, and there’s something about this design that looks poorly made. I believe it’s the simple flat handles that make this tote look off, or maybe it’s the lack of hardware, as hardware seems to add character to any handbag.
Whatever it is, with no doubt in mind, I’m definitely passing up on this one. Quilted stitched diamonds look amazing on any Chanel, but no so much on this one. Measuring in at 17” x 16” x 0.5” if your interested in the Madison tote, you can find it marked down from $525 to $210!

When did karl come out with his own line? He should stick to chanel, lol.
I would never spend that much on this.
I wouldn’t buy this, but I have nothing negative to say. lol. It’s a nice tote!
Agreed, pass. This bag is dull and looks like a cheap knockoff
of Chanel.
Am I the only one who think Karl Lagerfeld has no style what-so-ever?
Season after season it’s the same bags only with more crap thrown on.. and the guy wears the same thing everyday. That’s no fashion.
Karl isn’t that talented.
This just doesn’t look like a madison.
Yuck!
I like this bag for like a school tote.
I’m not into the quilted pattern, specially with patent. I really love Jenny Yuen’s version of the Patent Tote – http://www.jennywashere.com/Collection/2008/Fall-Winter/amelie-tote-black-patent.aspxie-tote-black-patent.aspx
