Spotted: Paris Hilton, the newly crowned most horrible dressed Celebutant from Mr. Blackwell’s 47th annual worst-dressed celebrity list was caught in L.A. with the vibrantly painted L.A.M.B. Rasta and the Fendi Signature Zucca Shoulder Purse.

Paris Hilton has the biggest closet in Hollywood (I read that somewhere), and she is the number one worst dressed. That’s hilarious. Maybe she has too many clothes.
