Designer Gardening: Hermes Garden Party Tote
Planning a Garden Party? Check out the unlined cotton linen Garden Bag that recently popped up on the Hermes.com site. The Garden Party is made out of cotton linen with leather trim, and features a detachable shoulder strap and a single snap-button closure which pops open to reveal the unlined interior. Of course this bag has many other uses then if you were planning on attending a garden party and wanted to show off you taste for Hermes-goodies. My favorite is the smallest size, it’s cute and just the right measurements to use as a carry-on, daily casual tote, beach bag, or what ever your heart desires. But of course it’s going to cost you a pretty penny since the Hermes name is attached. Personally if I was planning on snatching up one of the Hermes Garden Party Purses I would first browse the virtual shelves of eBay – there are some current sweet deals on this bag!

Well I think the pricing of this bag is a bit outrageous. Who in their right mind would pay $1500+ for an unlined tote? They sell the same looking bags at my gardening store.
I love it! The smaller version is the best. But I couldn’t afford it right now. Maybe I will browse ebay ;)
