It means that you can't afford what you're buying, and/or that you & your husband have serious issues. That is a HUGE trust issue, and a betrayal to yourself, him, and your future together. I saw a show about this on Oprah--people with real shopping problems hide it from their significant others. I shop WITH my fiance and we never hide purchases from each other (or use credit cards, which is another issue unto itself). Sorry, but it's not something to take lightly, I'm afraid.
