Bloomingdale’s The Ultimate Accessory Wardrobe
Bloomingdale’s put together a collage featuring an assortment of the hottest trends for the spring and summer season in one lookbook guide; The Ultimate Accessory Wardrobe.
What I love about the lookbook is there’s something for everyone for whatever your fashion mood is.
* Browse through the ‘Brights’ for a selection of accessories to liven up your look with color popping hues.
* Jump into the ‘Athletic’ section if you are looking for sporty with a feminine twist.
* ‘Metallics’ aren’t just for the winter season anymore. It’s your moment to shimmer and shine with glimmering tones.
* Keep it ‘Romantic’ with sweet candy colored pastels.
* Check out the picks for the effortlessly stylish ‘Bohemian’ trend.
* Or if you’re looking for stylishly simple and classic, standout in some graphic high-contrast ‘Black and White’ print.
Seriously such a great selection in one guide. There are hundreds of items to discover! Here are a few of my top picks from the Bloomingdale’s Ultimate Accessory Lookbook.
Marc by Marc Jacobs Too Hot To Handle Drawstring ($198) – This bag is such an adorable little pouch. It’s a petite crossbody perfect for those on the go summer adventures.
MCM First Lady Boston ($875) – It’s electric! This ultra-luxe classic everyday carryall is dressed in a vibrant blue croc-print and just the right size for whatever your daily adventure calls for.
Nike Dunk Sky High Vintage ($130) – Nothing says sporty chic than a pair of wedge kicks! Stylish, casual and comfortable. These Sky High Dunks are on the top of my wishlist.
Rebecca Minkoff Ascher Mini ($295) – Sporty with an exotic touch. An adorable petite duffle made with watersnake. Oh la love!
Prada Shield Thin Temple Sunglasses ($230) – Sunnies are a summer essential. A pair of designer Prada sunglasses, like these “Shield” wide-frame ones are stylish and of course very important for your eye-health! My BF has a pair of Prada aviators that I occasionally borrow. They have a similar side design to these, but they’re light blue with a red logo. Totally love them. Just the right hint of luxury.
Cole Haan Metallic Haven Tote ($298) – Feel like it’s time to retire that basic black work tote? I recommend opting for something lighter to go with your spring and summer wardrobe. This Cole Haan Haven gets my vote. I think this weekend tote looks amazing in this metallic print.
Michael Kors Skinny Buckle Bangles ($95) – Stack it up with MK. These thin bracelets (set of 3) make a statement without being over the top.
Marc Jacobs iPad Case ($495) – Luxurious and functional. This is a seriously stylish way to carry your piece of technology. I love the bubblegum pink classic Marc Jacobs signature quilting, chunky gold hardware and conveniently located front exterior pocket (perfect spot to stash a skinny card wallet). This is on the top of my wish list for summer.
Alexis Bittar Linear Vine Capped Earrings ($125) – Absolutely stunning pair of earrings. I’ve been a long time fan of Alexis Bittar jewelry, the earrings are almost like little pieces of art. You don’t really need to accessorize with anything else, they are a statement on their own. These earrings are made with a soft yellow synthetic citrine teardrop and detailed with a gorgeous 18K gold tone plated vine cap with Swarovski crystals. FYI, these earrings are a Bloomingdales exclusive!
IIIBeCa by Joy Gryson Crossbody Duane Street ($159) – Classic vintage style and clean lines is why I absolutely fell head-over-heels for this bag. This is the type of bag that has a casual style which works with whatever your style is. Not only are IIIBeCa bags incredibly chic, they also give back! Joy Gryson donates III% of wholesale proceeds (cost to produce), equaling 9% given to these charities: 9/11 Memorial (911memorial.org), Family Focus Adoption Services (familyfocusadoption.org), Memorial Sloan-Kettering (mskcc.org)
Vince Camuto Emera Rhine Gladiator Sandals ($98) – Gladiators are always a hot trend when summer rolls around and they go with just about anything.
Black and White
Kate Spade New York Shoulder Bag – Small Leslie ($318) – I bought the white version of this bag last year. I absolutely love it. Can’t wait to get it out of storage once the warmer season rolls around. This black and white version is pretty cute too. One that you don’t have to wait for the summer season to start wearing. This trend is hot right now and wont go away anytime soon.
Kate Spade New York Ballet Flats- Trixie ($228) – Sure the black and white is cute, but the gold tips put these flats on a whole other level. These are the type of flats perfect for those days or evenings when you feel like you just wanna dress down with flats – the glitter cap adds a level of glamour. Obsessed.
Milly Addison Tote ($365) – Pool side or roaming the street, this crisp white perforated leather tote will surely make a statement. I love the combination of this season’s hottest trends merged together on the Addison. So beautiful.
Above are just a couple of the items featured in the Bloomingdale’s Ultimate Accessory Wardrobe, so many more brands and items to discover!
