Kate Spade Jezibel Flamingo Bag
Kate Spade New York is really making the best out of their summer with their unique sense of style and humor. As the heat waves approach us, what better representation of summer outings with an accessory that’s as bright and appealing as the Jezibel Flamingo Tote.
Do note that no flamingos were actually harmed for the production of this tote; it’s an all-canvas bag to be exact. But the natural silhouette of the flightless bird was funky enough to interpret into one of the season’s most unusual pieces.
Grab this bird by the neck and you have an uncomfortable two-inch gap that allows this piece to be hand carried only. I think a couple of extra inches would have been more convenient to allow carrying ability at the crook of the arm, but apparently, the flamingos neck isn’t long enough this time around. The cream colored backdrop emphasizes the flirty pink flamingo greatly, and is visible on both sides of the tote.
As a Beach accessory, poolside or to the family outing, this accessory will also serve as a conversation starter. This is definitely a very fun piece and something Ms. Carrie Bradshaw would approve of in the wardrobe.
