Katherine Kwei Designer
Driven by a fierce entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for design, Katherine Kwei left her position as a public relations executive at Louis Vuitton in 2002 to pursue a degree in accessories design at the London College of Fashion. In 2006 she moved to New York where she completed an internship with Zac Posen. Then, in 2007, her dream became a reality when she launched her own handbag line for the Spring/Summer season.
Today, Katherine Kwei handbags are quickly becoming a favorite of handbag enthusiasts and celebrities alike. Her designs are most famous for her signature Chinese “Eternity” Knot-inspired weave, which are a reflection of her Chinese heritage. Katherine Kwei’s most well-known celebrity followers include Blake Lively, Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, and Eva Longoria. The most well-recognized styles are perhaps those from Katherine Kwei’s Donna Collection, which includes a tote, a satchel, and a variety of clutches. These popular styles have been featured every year since they debuted in the Autumn/Winter 2007 Collection.

I own only one of her bags and love it to death. It’s the Donna satchel, perfect for day to night!
