I’ve never really been a fan of Valentine’s Day but whether I like it or not, it’s coming! Right when Christmas ended, I started to see Valentine’s Day decorations, gifts and candy all over the stores. I understand the economy isn’t in the best shape but jeeze, let me get into the new year first before you flood me with all this mushy stuff. Maybe one day when I’m actually in a loving relationship I’ll give Valentine’s Day a chance until then, it’s just another Hallmark day to me.
As soon as I saw the Malene Birger Donnya Shopper I instantly thought of Valentine’s Day. I may not be a fan of the over rated holiday but I have to say I really like this tote! It’s simple, girly and to the point. I’m currently in the process of looking for another tote bag for school because I have to get rid of the one I have pronto. This is the cutest one I’ve seen and the price is pretty reasonable.
Wow, this black and white trend has really expanded! It seems like everyone is trying to get a piece of the action and new pieces are popping up left and right. That’s okay though. I happen to like this trend and there’s nothing wrong with having plenty of styles to choose from. So here is another black and white bag to add to the list. Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of fringe in the fashion world, especially on handbags. The fringe trend is kind of always there, it’s just more prominent at certain times. It’s kind of like the neon trend, always there but sometimes it’s in our face a little too much. I’ve never been a big fan of fringe, so I’ve always stayed away from it. Whenever I see it on shirts, I shake my head. However, I’ve been having a change of heart lately because I love the By Malene Birger “Jahyl Great Nappa” Bag. Not too tacky and oh-so-cute!

If you ever owned a fanny pack in your lifetime you’re either proud or uncomfortable in admitting that the hands free solution to your most important essentials is in fact quite handy. Perhaps the majority of all fanny packs out there don’t win as the most attractive accessories in your closet, but change has come through the design creations of By Malene Birger.
It’s the ultra modern version of the infamous fanny pack; meet the Tummy Waist Bag. Judging from the name alone, I wasn’t too convinced that the Tummy Waist Bag sounded any more polished than the fanny pack. Upon discovering what the Tummy Waist had to offer, it’s quite the piece. At a glimpse, it resembles the mother creation of the fanny pack. It bears the cylindrical slouchy silhouette and an accessible leather strap.
I’m not too fond of the outdoors and I’ve never been camping. I would never go on a safari but I do have an obsession with most wild animals. The way they just roam around free in Africa is kind of fascinating. Very different than what you would see in the zoo. Ever since I was little I’ve loved lions and zebras. My astrological sign is a leo, so of course I would love lions, and I always thought zebras were beautiful. They were like the prettier or more exotic version of the modern day horse. To this day I would love to have a zebra roam around in my backyard. Would be kind of amazing to wake up too, especially since it’s perfectly legal to have one.
