Tis the season of designer handbag robberies.. .
Last week Bag Bliss reported the robbery of thousands of dollars worth of the latest fall designer handbags that took place at Luella Bartley’s newly opened Brook Street Store (London) Boutique. Now we have just learned that Marc Jacobs’ Mount Street store in London has fallen victim. The authorities believe that they are dealing with the same suspects that burglarized Luella’s Boutique.
Just a random thought, but they should have tracking chips or something implanted in the handbags. Like the censor tags that get deactivated when you make a purchase. Convenient when you are dealing with these type of crimes.

Jenni, I am loving that idea. Not a completely new chip, but part of the censor tag that gets deactivated when you purchase the item.
