Mulberry Beatrice Oversized Hobo
When it comes to belted handbags, I am always finding myself intrigued. It is such a unique way to add interest to an otherwise simple style. Plus the silhouette a belt creates is a step away from the ordinary, which is great for the handbag gal that “has it all”.
Unfortunately, most of the belted handbags I see floating down the street are covered in gaudy bling. So it was such a relief to see such a sleek and refined belted style from one of my favorite designers.
Introducing the Mulberry Beatrice Oversized Hobo!
This lovely suede handbag is cinched up tight with a same-color patent belt. I just love it when different textures are used to create a subtle contrast! The belt is finished off with a gold-tone logo plate and buckles. It also features an adjustable shoulder strap, which could come in handy for the winter months (you want it to fit over your coat!).
This handbag would definitely make a lovely addition to just about any handbag collection.
The only thing that worries me is that the opening seems a bit small compared to the overall size of the bag. Hopefully that lovely belt allows for some expansion of the opening when you’re reaching inside.
The Mulberry Beatrice Oversized Hobo is available in Blueberry (love that color!) at Shopbop.com.
It retails for $1,250.

This bag is so pretty. I love every detail.
I like the hoho style a lot. It’s my favorite.
I love Mulberry. Their bags really last forever.
Oh this is very nice, although I would prefer it in leather
instead of rain-hating suede.
The color is gorgeous. Not to mention I love the style.
I love this bag. The shape, hobo, who doesn’t love that? And the
color is so yummy yummy gorgeous! Not a fan of the suede, but a
leather style would be incredible.
I think this bag is available in leather also..
